Description

Sweet Oleandra was established in Turin in 2011, following the renovation of our apartment located in a quiet area of the city center. No matter where you're coming from—be it the train stations, the airport, or even by car—you'll find it easy to reach us.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in Palazzo De Bernardi, an Art Nouveau creation by engineer Fenoglio from 1904. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a beautifully frescoed bedroom, a second double room, a living room, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

Once you've dropped off your luggage, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how easily you can access all the main attractions. A short walk will take you to the city's most important monuments and museums. If you prefer to travel faster, the convenient metro station is just 50 meters away from Sweet Oleandra.

The B&B is situated in a very quiet area of downtown Turin, just a few minutes' walk from the Polytechnic, the Courthouse, and the amazing OGR (Officine Grandi Riparazioni).

The Modern Art Gallery is just a short distance away, making it easily accessible with a brief stroll.

All other attractions are also within easy reach: a 10 to 12-minute walk under the charming porticoes of Turin will take you to Piazza Solferino, from where you can quickly get to Piazza Castello, the main square of Turin.

The entrance to the Vinzaglio station of the brand-new metro is only 50 meters away, allowing you to travel around the city with great convenience and speed. In just a few minutes, you can reach Lingotto, home to Eataly, and the Automobile Museum.

It is also very convenient for the Porta Susa train station, which is just one metro stop away or a 4-minute walk, and the Porta Nuova station, which is only two metro stops away.

We only stayed for one night, but the apartment is really nice and equipped with every comfort. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the pedestrian area. The interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is perfect. Excellent breakfast with fresh pastries and all kinds of drinks. The lady who manages the house is very kind and helpful. Great solution for a family with 2 children. We will come back there when we visit Turin!

Great Easter holiday. The apartment is very easy to reach from Porta Susa Station. All around there is the possibility to use public transport to reach various parts of the city. The street is very quiet, in a very chic residential area. The apartment is well exposed, bright, well furnished, and very functional. In the area, there are all the necessary shops. The landlady is a lovely, attentive, and hospitable person. We found exactly what we were looking for: an apartment with two separate bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a very well-equipped kitchen. It was a truly pleasant stay. Thank you.

A true home: both for the structure, it is a whole functional and elegant apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with natural cosmetics made by Barbara, the owner, and for the welcoming nature of Barbara herself, who is caring and ready to meet every need of the guests, both in terms of check-in times and breakfast, as well as for luggage, etc. The apartment is very welcoming, tastefully renovated with particular details, and is located in a strategic area, a few steps from the Vinzaglio metro, and with the center and Porta Susa station reachable on foot. Having often gone to Turin, it has become a true "second home" for me, and what the description says is true: like home, but more pampered!

I found a truly excellent structure. I already knew the area and had a good experience, but now that I stayed in this apartment, it will be my favorite place. Let's start with the welcome, which was important for me since I was with my whole family, extraordinary Barbara, the owner, who welcomed us like old friends. The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully furnished with all the details. The cleanliness is excellent. Barbara's cakes for breakfast are a delight. She is always friendly and discreet, always asking if something is wrong and then making all her cosmetics available. It is a very strategic place, close to Porta Susa station and the metro station, fifteen minutes on foot from Piazza Castello. We felt very comfortable as if we were at home. Thanks to Barbara and Vittoria with whom we had the pleasure of playing. Thank you for everything and see you soon.

I stayed for four days with my girlfriend in this cozy little apartment found by chance on the internet, thanks to various search engines. The B&B is located on the third floor of a beautiful building, near the Crocetta district (one of the most sought-after residential areas in the city) and is situated in a strategic position, a few steps from the metro stop, which allows you to reach the city center and the main places of interest in just a few minutes and without effort. The apartment itself is structured with a small living room with doors that open onto a small equipped kitchen (and provided with drinks and snacks offered by the very kind landlady), a comfortable bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with TV and computer station. The building has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished, well cared for in detail, definitely clean, and has total wi-fi coverage. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the very cordial Barbara: the landlady, who immediately made herself available with the utmost discretion to make us feel at home (goal fully achieved!). She prepares an excellent breakfast, entertains her guests with friendliness and kindness, and also allows you to try a wide variety of body care products provided by her company, with the possibility of purchasing them. We were very satisfied with our stay in this delightful B&B and all our expectations were met; we will return. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and organized location to make the most of their stay in beautiful Turin. To conclude, I want to personally thank Barbara once again and also send greetings to little Vittoria, whom we were fortunate to meet.

I passed through Turin for a short trip: a job interview and a visit to a friend, and I was already on my way home. For me, it was essential to have a quiet and central place where I could reflect: I had every interest in being calm, for the best outcome of the interview. I must say that this B&B fully satisfied this need: being located on a high floor in a Liberty-style neighborhood. The welcome is excellent: warm but never intrusive. Professional, I would say! And the cosmetics provided were providential, without me expecting it! Another extraordinarily positive note, as far as I am concerned, is the simplicity of using the keys: two, and not a million, clearly distinguishable from each other, that actually open the doors that the hosts say they open, without making superhuman efforts or forcing one to dislocate their wrist. Everything works simply. Of course, all this may seem taken for granted, but from my experience, I can assure you that it never is. A tea fanatic like me found a single flaw: the tea... Decaffeinated! But the chocolate cake served in the morning was well worth the breakfast! In conclusion, I highly recommend Sweet Oleandra to anyone wanting to visit Turin: even if you are going for a short period, you should treat yourself well.
