The apartments are located in the historic center of Turin, within the same building, in the area known as the "Roman quadrilateral", in a strategic position due to their proximity to the city's main points of interest.
Both have recently undergone careful and elegant renovation.
The San Domenico flat is a housing solution that is entirely located on the ground floor, overlooking a beautiful inner courtyard of an 18th-century building.
The apartment, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, consists of a living area with a sofa, a pull-out double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower, and a small loft used as a "relaxation area", which can be used as a third sleeping space if needed.
It should be noted that the apartment, which has its own independent entrance from the inner courtyard, is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility and elderly people, as it is located on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, and designed in a modern way.
The San Domenico Bis is a housing solution on the second floor, consisting of a fully equipped living area, with a loft that can accommodate a sleeping area, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
The residence overlooks a quiet inner courtyard and has a small balcony.
Children up to 5 years old can stay for free with a foldable crib provided by the owner.
For those who wish, there is the possibility to use a covered parking space for motorcycles/scooters.

I had a great time in this bed and breakfast because it is right in the center, very close to the Cathedral, Piazza Castello, and the main museums. Mrs. Valentina is very kind and ready to meet every need. I recommend it and if I had to come back to Turin, I would have no doubts about where to stay.

Great location to visit Turin. Right in the city center, a few steps away from various stops to easily move around with public transportation; 5 minutes walk from Piazza Castello and many other noteworthy places. Valentina is very kind and extremely helpful with any request. A place to come back to in the future.

I stayed in this property divided into various rooms and bed and breakfast. The one I chose is very charming and comfortable, not very large but essential. It is located right in the center and the landlords are very kind and helpful. I hope to return and in any case I recommend it.

The structure is super central for all museums, restaurants, shopping street and easy to find. Valentina is very helpful. As for the lovely structure, a mini apartment super equipped for any need whether you want to cook or use it as I did as a 'stop', since I spent 3 full days on museum tours and so on. Never turned on the air conditioning because the structure remains very cool despite the more than 40 degrees I found. I hope to return soon, thanks a lot again for availability and quick response.

We spent three nights at this B&B, strategically located, in the center but quiet. Great value for money. Alessandro was very kind in providing us with directions and tips to enjoy the city to the fullest, also very helpful in meeting our needs, giving us the opportunity to leave our luggage and pick it up comfortably before leaving. Tutto perfetto. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, a pochi passi dal Duomo e dai maggiori punti di interesse. Le due stazioni principali di Porta Susa e Porta Nuova sono equidistanti, a circa una ventina di minuti a piedi. Abbiamo trovato il locale molto pulito e la proprietaria, la signora Valentina, si è rivelata molto cortese e prodiga di consigli. Approvato a pieni voti.

L'appartamento, piccolo ma arredato con buon gusto e pulitissimo, è dotato di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno di una coppia. La posizione centrale è ottima e consente di accedere facilmente a piazza Castello e ai principali mezzi pubblici. Da segnalare la cordiale accoglienza e la gentilezza di Valentina nel darci utili indicazioni e nell'agevolarci negli orari di check in e check out.

La sistemazione è accogliente e ricca di tutti i confort: aria condizionata, cucina ben attrezzata (stoviglie, utensili vari, frigorifero, fornetto), televisore, bagno con asciugacapelli. La zona è centrale e sicura e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse della città. Nei pressi della struttura ci sono locali per mangiare o gustare un aperitivo.
Non abbiamo conosciuto i proprietari ma abbiamo ricevuto da loro una utilissima email con l'indicazione di mezzi di trasporto da prendere per visitare i dintorni della città, luoghi dove mangiare e cose da vedere.
Ottima accoglienza: il signor Paolo che ha fatto le veci dei proprietari è stato gentile, cortese e di straordinaria disponibilità, davvero un valore aggiunto per la struttura.

La posizione è ottima sia per la vicinanza al centro sia per l'offerta di locali e ristoranti validi.

L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto accogliente e pulito. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato tante informazioni sulla città, oltretutto data la posizione ottimale, essendo vicinissima al cuore di Torino, abbiamo avuto modo di vedere la maggior parte dei luoghi della città con comodità. La consiglio vivamente.

Bagno e cucina nuovissimi e funzionali.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio ubicato al secondo piano e mi sono sentita come a casa. La posizione è centralissima, le due stanze di cui è composto sono molto luminose e con affaccio sulla corte interna; l'appartamento è silenzioso, ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto; il bagno è spazioso e dotato di un'ampia doccia; la cucina ha tutto il necessario per la preparazione di un pranzo; è molto pulito e curato nella biancheria e nei tendaggi. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e utile per tutte le informazioni che mi ha dato sui luoghi da visitare, sui ristoranti e i caffè tipici della città. Nei miei prossimi viaggi a Torino sicuramente tornerò qui. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Nous avons été fort bien accueillis par le propriétaire, très sympathique. Il a été souple pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui est toujours appréciable. L'appartement est bien aménagé, très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, on peut donc se concocter facilement des repas. L'appartement bénéficie d'une situation au coeur de la ville qui est optimale. Seul petit bémol, il est sombre, étant situé au rdc d'un immeuble donnant sur une cour intérieure. Mais pour un séjour en plein hiver, cela n'a pas eu d'importance.

Posso solo consigliarvi vivamente di prenotare quando andate a Torino. Alessandro e sua moglie sono gentilissimi, ci hanno detto tutto su Torino, sono sempre stati gentilissimi e attenti a tutto. Il bilocale è nuovissimo e pulito, perfetto per 2 persone, è a due passi dal centro ed è ben collegato anche con i mezzi. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo.

Gestori molto disponibili ma allo stesso tempo lasciano molto liberi i clienti. La struttura è molto ben tenuta (la casa è all'interno del cortile). Nonostante la zona sia una delle più frequentate dai giovani soprattutto nel weekend, resta abbastanza silenziosa. Unico problema, il trascinarsi di trolley all'interno del cortile nelle prime ore del mattino. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Mobili nuovi e pulizia molto curata. Se dovessi ricapitare a Torino per poco tempo, tornerei sicuramente, e comunque consiglierò!
