The hot water did not work. The breakfast was very basic, there was no milk.

Buongiorno Raul Grazie per la segnalazione che mi ha fatto anche personalmente per l'acqua di cui mi scuso per il disagio ma purtroppo non è possibile prevedere un problema di pressione della caldaia che immediatamente è stata resa perfettamente funzionante. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, noi non possiamo cucinare alimenti freschi pertanto mettiamo a disposizione degli ospiti prodotti confezionati ed inoltre caffè, bevande come the o infusi, marmellate, nutella etc. Per quanto riguarda il latte fresco, avendo scadenza breve non appena aperto non lo mettiamo a disposizione perchè rischia di avariarsi e noi stiamo molto attenti alla salute dei nostri ospiti. Grazie per essere stati con noi, arrivederci Rocco.
