Rosedeliziose B&B welcomes you to Baldissero Canavese, in a lovingly constructed country house surrounded by roses, shrubs, perennial plants, and trees, located on the edge of the Monti Pelati Nature Reserve. Here, nature takes center stage, enriching every moment of your stay with an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those looking to rediscover the joys of a slow and harmonious lifestyle.
The establishment was born from a desire to share a passion nurtured for over twenty years for roses, natural gardens, and all that makes the countryside landscape special. Guests can choose from two independent rooms, nestled in greenery, similar in size but distinct in character, both featuring private bathrooms and accessible via charming wrought-iron spiral staircases.
In the creation of the spaces, natural, environmentally friendly materials sourced locally were prioritized. Considerable care has also been taken to restore and reuse objects and materials chosen for their history, uniqueness, and the subtle charm that sets them apart from standardization.
Breakfast can be enjoyed either on-site or at the Al Centonove café in Rivarolo Canavese, a refined and welcoming place that perfectly aligns with the style and spirit of Rosedeliziose.

You'll find a coffee machine with various types of capsules—coffee, decaffeinated, barley, and ginseng—along with a milk frother to create creamy cappuccinos with either dairy or plant-based milk. There’s also an electric kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, locally produced honey, regional yogurt, Plose fruit juice, jams, butter, bread, and water served in glass bottles. During check-in, you can also choose from a menu of sweet and savory offerings from an excellent local bakery, which we will deliver to you fresh the following morning.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a different experience with the Breakfast Card, which allows you to have breakfast at the refined Caffetteria Al Centonove in Rivarolo Canavese, about ten minutes from Baldissero Canavese. In this elegant and inviting setting, you can savor exceptional selected products and start your day in a place that perfectly aligns with the spirit of Rosedeliziose.
