Description
The Rifugio Urbano is a simple independent house located inside a condominium courtyard, in the center of Turin, at the foot of the Mole Antonelliana. Small in size, but welcoming and functional. The dedicated room can be used with single beds or with a double bed. Access to the terrace and exclusive view of the Mole Antonelliana. The rest of the house is shared space with bathroom on the floor, kitchen where breakfast is served entrance and living room on the ground floor.
On the first floor are the two rooms with shared bathroom and access to the rooms of the Urban Refuge through the internal stairs of the house. Guests can enjoy the conveniences available in the rest of the house, on the ground floor, including the fridge and the Wifi.

refuge idéalement placé pour qui souhaite découvrir Turin à pied sans avoir à utiliser un véhicule. Quartier relativement calme (j'y étais en semaine, je n'ai pas testé en week end) Chambre spacieuse (manque peut être un petit rangement type placard... .) et partie commune fonctionnelle. Deco sympa avec pleins de petits détails (cartes de remerciements, etc... .) Salle de bain propre. Accueil de Simone souriant et très sympathique. Pour un premier contact avec un italien lors d'un premier séjour en Italie, cela rassure: -).

Le refuge est vraiment bien placé, autant pour y venir en voiture que pour partir à pied visiter la ville ou prendre les transports en commun.
L'endroit est calme pour dormir, la literie très confortable et c'est très propre.
Simone est très arrangeant et aidant.
Je garde précieusement l'adresse pour y revenir.

Semplicemente sentirsi come a casa, in un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. In un'emergenza medica sono stata aiutata con solerzia e incredibile gentilezza. Il Rifugio è un'oasi di pace nel frenetico centro storico di Torino, silenziosa e ricca di storia. Tornerò sicuramente.

Siamo stati benissimo! La posizione eccezionale, veramente vicina a tutto, un punto di partenza privilegiato per ogni destinazione turistica. Andrea ci ha accolto con grande disponibilità ed è stato sempre presente per ogni esigenza o consiglio. La struttura è davvero bella e particolare, e sembra veramente di stare a casa propria in un'altra città. Tutto estremamente pulito! Tantissimi locali e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze.
Questo alloggio ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Torino perfetto.

Sono felicissima di aver conosciuto questa bellissima casa dove ti senti libera e tranquilla. In centro Torino un angolo di Pace e di meravigliose anime con le quali puoi scambiare, se lo vuoi, spunti di riflessione sulla vita. Gestore Andrea magico, Simone meraviglioso.
Tornerò se dovessi ritornare a Torino. Sotto la MOLE ci si sente protetti. Bellissima esperienza, la consiglio vivamente per chi ama un terrazzino dentro le mura per poter godere della luce della sera.

Personale super alla mano e gentile, struttura molto accogliente, curata con stile e dagli ambienti molto spaziosi. E poi la vista della Mole che si staglia dal terrazzo è davvero suggestiva.

Il proprietario e gestore del b&b è una persona precisa e molto onesta. La location e’ ubicata in una posizione strategica (sotto la mole antonelliana) che consente di raggiungere a piedi le vie del centro storico. Stanza curata, luminosa, pulita e dotata di confort. Ideale per chi vuol trascorrere un we sereno all’insegna della magia di Torino! Fortemente consigliata!

Il Rifugio Urbano è la soluzione perfetta per alloggiare a Torino, in posizione centrale e comodissima ad un prezzo più che onesto.
La struttura è pulita e accogliente, arredata con gusto, trasmette calore riflette la personalità di chi la gestisce.
Simone è un eccellente padrone di casa: gentilissimo, premuroso, ha dimostrato flessibilità e grande cortesia. Insieme a Andrea, ci ha anche dato un ottimo spunto per la nostra cena.

In pienissimo centro: letteralmente sotto la mole! Facile da raggiungere anche a piedi dalla stazione e punto di riferimento comodissimo per visitare la città. Anche le zone comuni sono curatissime e pulite, la mia stanza aveva addirittura un'uscita sul balcone con vista sulla mole: perfetto per una lettura serale. Simone è super gentile e disponibile, mi ha dato dei consigli molto utili: sicuramente conserverò il biglietto da visita per le prossime gite a Torino e consiglio questo posto a tutti!

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend a Torino. L'alloggio è pulito e comodissimo al centro. Siamo stati accolti da Andrea, che ha saputo dare dei buoni consigli a dei turisti 'per caso'. Un posto in cui ritornare.

Ho soggiornato al Rifugio Urbano in occasione del Lovers Film Festival e non avrei potuto trovare sistemazione migliore per quanto riguarda la posizione e il comfort. Il luogo perfetto per essere vicini al centro (più che vicini, immersi direi) senza però dover sacrificare la comodità e gli spazi. Un vero e proprio rifugio in città. La struttura all'interno è molto accogliente e sembra di essere a casa. Le camere sono confortevoli e ordinate. Il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile e non ci sono le limitazioni che invece si incontrano spesso negli hotel. Tornerò certamente al Rifugio Urbano se avrò di nuovo necessità di soggiornare a Torino!

Sono stata benissimo grazie a Simone. Casa bella, pulita, a 2 piani, colorata, etnica, particolare. Bella la pianta enorme che si chiama Giuseppe, non la scorderò mai. Bella la cucina, comodi i letti. Simone sei simpatico, grazie delle dritte per Torino. Tornerò da te. Alla colazione io personalmente non posso dare il massimo perché io mangio salato e i miei figli la mattina vanno a Nesquik e Nutella o cereali. A prestissimo.

Il Rifugio Urbano è un posto magico nel cuore della città, all'interno l'ambiente è molto confortevole ed è curato in ogni angolo dal proprietario Simone, gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Anche la vista Mole sicuramente aumenta il fascino della struttura, posizione ottima. Esperienza super positiva, la consiglio a tutti, tornerò al Rifugio Urbano appena mi si ripresenterà l'occasione!

Ho alloggiato una notte presso il rifugio urbano, che dire, posizione invidiabile proprio sotto la mole al centro di Torino, il proprietario, Simone, gentilissimo e con una capacità unica di metterti a tuo agio e farti sentire a casa, super disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle tue esigenze.
Camera pulita ed ordinata così come il bagno condiviso con l'altra stanza.
La colazione molto casalinga ma ha ciò che serve ed in linea con la filosofia del B&B, il tutto con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ripassando a Torino ci tornerei sicuramente.
