Just a 15-minute drive from Verbania and Mergozzo, the location is perfect for those looking to balance relaxing moments in nature with trips to Lake Maggiore or the more intimate Lake Mergozzo. Right outside the home, trails suited for all ages and varying levels of experience begin, making it ideal for those who enjoy walking in the woods.

The cabin, entirely available for guests, can accommodate up to four people. On the lower level, there is a spacious double bedroom that can also fit a camping cot upon request. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with internet connectivity, making it a great space for remote work thanks to the available Wi-Fi. The area is heated by convector heaters, and for warmer days, the living room is equipped with air conditioning. The naturally cool lower floor also includes fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishes. The dining area features a large wooden table with benches. The main bathroom, located next to the double bedroom, offers a spacious shower and a toilet with an integrated bidet.

An independent room, sharing access to the enclosed garden, contains a second bathroom with a bidet, a laundry area, and storage space for luggage. The garden, furnished with a table, chairs, and two loungers, is the perfect spot to unwind between hikes or after a day by the river.

The property is accessible via an electronic lock with a keypad and app control, providing maximum independence and freedom. There are no shops near the cabin, but all essential services, including supermarkets, are just a few minutes' drive away, both uphill and downhill.
