Pura Vida B&B

Portion of an ancient Piedmontese farmhouse in the Monferrato hills, vaults with exposed bricks, wooden beams, elegant and welcoming environment to spend a relaxing stay, walking, cycling or motorbike, riding stables in the immediate vicinity. There are also food and wine tours to discover trattorias and cellars to taste the products of the territory.

The B&B is located about 2. 5 km from the town center where you can find all the necessary services: supermarket, pharmacy, PT, bar, restaurant / pizzeria, hairdresser, aesthetics, electromechanical / tire repairer, petrol station.

At about 15 km you can find a hospital, medical clinics and shopping centers.

The Pura Vida B&B offers an area entirely dedicated to guests with 2 bedrooms: Orietta Room with double bed and Gabriele Room with two single beds.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, desk, mini fridge, safe, mosquito nets and fan.

To guarantee safety for our Guests, we have decided to accept reservations for only one room at a time.

In this case the bathroom is private but outside the room.

In the case of a family unit occupying the two bedrooms, the bathroom is shared but for the exclusive use of the B&B.

In addition, we guarantee thorough cleaning at every guest change, disinfection and sanitization of mattresses, pillows, surfaces with UV-C rays, 100° steam and HACCP certified disinfectants.

During the booking, upon request and subject to confirmation by the B&B, it is possible to join the beds of the Gabriele Room if the same is booked and paid for as a double room even if occupied by a single Guest.

With separate beds instead, it is possible to use it as a single room.

Any type of extra bed (€ 15. 00) or cot (free up to 2 years) is available on request and subject to confirmation by the B&B.

Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

Breakfast (included) is served until 10 am in the B&B room.

Please communicate any food intolerances when booking.

There is also a relaxation corner with a sofa, books and board games. Our garden is available for guests to spend relaxing moments.

Of course, we are at your disposal to arrange check-in / check-out times and for any other needs.

Prices may vary on the occasion of Bridges, Holidays, high season.

Animals are not admitted.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Allowed only on the terrace and outdoors.

The Bed and Breakfast is located about 2. 5 km from the town center so the use of the car is necessary.

Payments must be made in cash at check-in or by bank transfer before the arrival date (unless otherwise agreed).
