The owner Eva is very kind and helpful, also giving tips for visiting Turin. The room is very new, small but functional for staying a few days. Convenient location for both transport and the city center. I recommend it!

It seems that the floor is not clean, but after speaking with the owner, the effect is due to a previous cleaning carried out with an aggressive detergent that left indelible stains. In the morning, very early, someone rang the intercom, waking me up. The owner is very helpful and very kind.

The place is nice as it is central, but even though I paid for breakfast, I was never informed where it would be served. It is not a hotel, it is a room inside a building. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there was nothing but a mini garbage can in the bathroom.

We recently stayed, we were in Turin for a concert and the stay was pleasant from start to finish thanks above all to the managers, very kind and friendly. They accommodated all our requests and the room was clean and tidy and I also liked the setting of the structure where it is located. We felt safe and free to make the most of our time. The friendliness of the people surprised me and I must say that I was more than satisfied and that if I return to Turin I would stay in this structure as it has an excellent position to reach and visit the city both on foot and by public transport. Thank you for the hospitality because we came back home more than satisfied.

We stayed in 3 for only one night. Great location, central, very close to the station. Cozy, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage both on arrival (then they made them find in the room), and before departure at the Bar Cervino below the structure. Good value for money. A small suggestion: lights on the bedside tables and a soap holder in the shower.

The apartment is really conveniently located 5 minutes from Porta Nuova station; we stayed in Turin for a concert and with the tram stop just steps away, it was really easy to reach the Torino Olympic Stadium. The owners are really very kind and they offer breakfast at their bar, which is located right next to the entrance of the courtyard.

The suite is located a couple of minutes' walk from Porta Nuova Station, so it is very convenient to all means of transport, the city center, and Lingotto. The extremely kind manager accommodated our check-in and luggage storage needs and gave us good dinner recommendations. The room with a recently restored bathroom is modern and clean, with a double bed and 2 singles, located above Caffè Cervino. WIFI service is included. During the night, you can hear cars and buses passing by in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II but nothing tragic. The breakfast is simple (with coffee or cappuccino, croissants, and fruit juice) and is served in the café below. The slightly high price is probably due to the high demand during the Book Fair. Definitely a positive experience and recommended for both families on vacation and business trips.

The strength of the structure is definitely the location. The cleanliness upon arrival is impeccable. For breakfast, each guest has a voucher to use at the bar under the B&B for a coffee or cappuccino, a croissant, and a juice or water.

Everything perfect. The room is spacious, modern, and so clean that you could eat off the floor. Excellent bathroom amenities and the beds are very comfortable. The managers are friendly and very courteous. The location is perfect to see all the beauties of Turin: in ten minutes you are in Piazza San Carlo, in fifteen at the Egyptian Museum, and in twenty at the Mole Antonelliana. I highly recommend this property!

Everything perfect, excellent value for money considering the location. The only downside is the additional payment of 2.50 euros per person for the stay, even though it is a municipal tax. It would be less annoying if it were included in the price, in my opinion. For the rest, everyone very kind and friendly. I believe the breakfast is excellent, in my case I only had a coffee as the bar below, where breakfast is served, had not yet baked the croissants. Perhaps my timing was too early for a Sunday, but it was stated from 7 and instead it opened at 7.25. Still, an excellent solution for visiting the city.

Beautiful rooms with bathroom, very comfortable and clean, key pick-up at Bar Cervino in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 57 (where you can have a great included breakfast). The rooms are located above the Bar and are managed by Roberto and Eva with the collaboration of Massimo, very kind and helpful people who made us feel comfortable right away. The Bar is located 2 minutes from Portanuova Station and the Metro.

Great structure, new, welcoming and clean, I really appreciated the toiletries available in the bathroom but above all the body emollient oil that I had never come across even in a hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. Strategic location for those traveling by train and public transport, the center can be easily reached on foot. Highly recommended.
