Description
We are situated close to the centre of Candia, where the country roads leads to the Park and onto the lake.
Our position allows our guests to enjoy many different day trips as in less than one hour they can reach all of Canavese’s most interesting historical and natural sites, the town of Turin, the National Park of Gran Paradiso and the Valle d’Aosta.
Also nearby is Candia’s train station, well connected to Turin, Ivrea and the Valle d'Aosta.
The B&B is a traditional farmhouse, typical of the Canavese area, and dates from the early part of the last century.
The first floor, entirely at the disposal of the guests, has three comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, all equipped for your comfort. The rooms have hairdryers and free Wi-Fi connection.
We will welcome you in the living room where guides and books are at your disposal and where you may meet the other guests or enjoy the tea facilities.
Breakfast, prepared with fresh and local ingredients, is served in the old converted barn, with its beautiful white wood ceiling and its terrace, sheltered by red brick arches.
Free car parking in the private courtyard. Bicycles may be kept in a locked and covered area.

The breakfast is served in the converted barn, where all the guests can sit at a big communal table and may share experiences from their trips or itineraries. Guests may also sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the warmth of the sun and the views over the garden.
Each morning you will find hot drinks (coffee, tea, cappuccino), milk, orange juice, fresh seasonal fruits, cereal, yogurt as well as home-made produce: marmalades, cakes, muffins, biscuits and bread.
You may also choose from savoury breakfast items, with typical Italian ingredients, with particular attention to Canavese traditions (local cheeses and charcuterie)
Breakfast time is from 8: 00 to 9: 30.
Other times can be arranged if you have special needs (excursions, departures...).

Very nice place, well-kept and clean. Abundant breakfast with homemade pastries and jams. Excellent typical cheeses and cured meats. Stefania is helpful and very kind.

Poetry is the best travel companion... in this case even during stops, in this charming country house on the outskirts of Candia Canavese, a perfect location due to its equidistance from the main mountain tourist destinations in Piedmont and the Aosta Valley, and a short distance from the major cities. A place immersed in peace among hills, sky, and lake, where every detail recalls literary or local cultural references, and where the focus is on guest care, cleanliness, and the enhancement of local resources. Varied, abundant breakfast all prepared on-site, and the proprietor's assistance and availability towards guests, including in choosing the best travel itineraries, complete the picture. Price appropriate to the offering. Highly recommended, also, as in our case, for families.

Bellissimo B&B immerso nel verde ben curato dai proprietari.
Abbiamo ricevuto un ottima accoglienza e siamo rimasti stupefatti dall'arredamento così particolare e armonioso sia delle camere che del resto della struttura.
Per noi che volevamo andare al lago di Candia la posizione è perfetta in quanto si raggiunge in tre minuti.
Colazione prelibata con possibilità di optare anche per il salato.
Se pensiamo di tornare in questo bel lago o nei dintorni torneremo di sicuro.

Bellissima camera con bagno privato a 2 passi dal centro di Candia e a meno di 2 km dal lago di Candia.
Parcheggio dietro alla casa e ampia sala colazione dove abbiamo potuto provare salumi e formaggi della zona oltre a ottimi dolci fatti in casa. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa, l'accoglienza é fantastica.

Camera spaziosa, accogliente e molto pulita con ampio bagno.
La proprietaria è molto gentile ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, l'auto può essere lasciata nel cortile ed è ben protetta nonostante si tratti di un parcheggio all’aperto se za tettoia.
La colazione è abbondante e fatta in casa, se si hanno preferenze o allergie di sorta basta avvisare.
Sono felice di aver soggiornato in questa struttura e la consiglio vivamente!

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima proprietaria in questo bellissimo B&B, camere molto grandi e arredate con gusto. Zona comune con te e tisane a disposizione degli ospiti.
La colazione è stata abbondante e con scelta dolce e salata. Parcheggio interno e possibilità di ricovero bici in sicurezza nel garage. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Siamo rimasti una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo, una calda accoglienza in un ambiente familiare, una bella camera, il bagno anche di più. Stefania, la proprietaria, ci ha coccolato con una colazione ricca di prodotti fatti in casa, dalle torte alle marmellate, dai formaggi ai prosciutti locali. A Candia il B&B ideale dove soggiornare è senz'altro Poesie di viaggio.

Gentilissima la titolare (Stefania) che parla francese splendidamente e prepara colazioni magnifiche. Posto pulitissimo con interni ristrutturati da poco e arredamento curatissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Un B&B curatissimo, segno della passione della proprietaria, fra l'altro molto educata e carina nei confronti degli ospiti. La zona è particolarmente tranquilla ed è ideale per una fuga dagli impegni quotidiani e per alienarsi per un po'.

Il Bed and Breakfast di Stefania é una struttura che esprime in ogni suo aspetto la passione e l'impegno della sua proprietaria per far sì che i suoi ospiti si sentano a proprio agio: ambienti pulitissimi, colazione abbondante e molto buona, attenzione per l'ambiente, estrema cortesia e disponibilità a cui si aggiunge una grande passione per la coltivazione dell'orto e del giardino. Siamo stati presso questa bellissima struttura per un weekend. Il bed and breakfast è facilmente raggiungibile.
L'immobile è molto bello e ben curato. La stanza è ampia e luminosa, come anche il bagno. Molto bella la sala da pranzo. Degna di nota la colazione, varia e di qualità. Complimenti alla proprietaria che si prodiga per rendere speciale il soggiorno.

We had a fantastic stay at "Poesie di viaggio". Especially the breakfast with all the homemade dainties and local specialties was amazing. Stefania was a most friendly host, the B&B was nicely furnished and perfectly clean.
All in all, this is a highly recommendable place to stay if you're traveling through like we were, but I could also imagine staying there for longer.
