Our apartment is located in Turin, a city of art, in an area rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, with a spectacular view in the heart of the city in the Porta Nuova Station area. "Piccole Suite Di Charme" is a prestigious dwelling that revives the emotions of the past, an elegantly designed structure with attention to every detail, an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its style, a historic building where past and present blend in a unique mix to guarantee maximum comfort.

Surroundings
The area where we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, taste typical local products thanks to food and wine itineraries, get lost in the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area. A short distance from the property, those staying with us will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge, sports facilities, and fitness centers to stay in shape even on vacation. Also, football fans can follow their favorite team at the nearby "Stadio Olimpico di Torino".

Our property is the perfect place for all families traveling who will feel at home here, for business and work trips, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment.

We will provide our guests with a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time of the night, a kitchenette. We will guide you to discover our areas with: trekking, cycling/mountain biking.

You can also bring your four-legged friends on your travels. Disabled access is available. The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need in Italian, as well as in English and French.

Essential room but with everything needed for a short stay, comfortable bed. The curtain is not sufficient to darken the room, a sleep mask is needed if you don't want to wake up too early. The area where the building is located is not the safest in Turin, but I had no problems coming back in the evening. Check-in and check-out are very easy, communication with the host is quick. The cost is very high as the Book Fair is ongoing.

I stayed from May 14th to 16th at the "Piccole Suite di Charme". I had a great time, Mrs. Eva was very kind and available for any information. We stayed in a triple room, number 5 to be exact, and it seemed a bit small. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, as was the kindness and availability of Mrs. Eva, who assisted us with every need. Eva's property is a B&B near Porta Nuova station and adjacent to the metro. This makes it an excellent location for reaching the center of Turin on foot and for easily using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and full of places to eat. The room with a kitchenette is clean, has everything needed, the property is easy to use, and Eva has always been available.

The rooms are clean and equipped with all comforts, in addition to the hairdryer and towels, I appreciated the presence of shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner instead of the classic soaps that are usually found. The accommodation is about a 25-minute walk from the center, but near the apartment, there are metro and bus (which we never used). The downside of these rooms is that you can hear everything; we woke up several times from the noises of the shower or the hairdryer from the nearby rooms or simply from other people coming out and closing the door. In short, if they had been quieter, we would have definitely appreciated it more.

In the double room with kitchenette, two less wobbly bedside tables would be needed, an extra chair (if made of metal, put felt pads underneath) and an extra table for small breakfasts, but also for writing or working on the computer. The table could be obtained with a suitable reclining chair placed along the wall between the bedside table and the kitchenette. The closure of the shutter needs to be fixed because the handle is loose and the shutters rattle. The curtains should be a bit more filtering because at night the room remains illuminated by the sign of the pizzeria across the street. The main strength is the proximity to the 'Marconi' station and the central location. The room was adequately heated in the middle of winter.

With a group of friends visiting the Egyptian museum, we found this location online and noticed the advantageous price and proximity to Torino Porta Nuova, so we decided to book three rooms. The rooms are located inside a period apartment that has been renovated to create six double rooms, and in some cases triple rooms. Inside each room, there is a bathroom, an air conditioner, a TV, one or two chairs, a small desk, and a kitchenette that includes a small sink, a microwave oven, an electric cooking plate, a refrigerator, a kettle, two pots, and plates along with some accessories, allowing us to prepare simple meals without having to go out. The booking process is very simple, and for any questions or needs, it is possible to contact Mrs. Eva, who accommodated our requests, including the ability to leave our luggage in the apartment's atrium while we were visiting the Egyptian museum. The management is remote, but Eva has always been able to make us feel supported as if she were physically present. Regarding cleanliness, I can only compliment because we found the apartments simply perfect, with clean towels and comfortable blankets. I can only recommend this structure and I thank Eva for all the assistance she provided us.

The apartment is clean and centrally located. We never used transportation to reach the museums in the city center. It is a quiet area with places for meals of all tastes, even though there is a very comfortable small kitchen in the apartment. The kindness of the owner is absolute.

Clean room, but not very ergonomic. It has many closets for such a small room. They could remove one of the two to create a bit more space. It does not offer breakfast, nor is there a kitchen or fridge to make or store anything cold. For the one night I needed a room close to Porta Nuova, it was okay. But for a longer stay, I find it expensive for what it offers.

The structure is quiet. The room (room1) is spacious, beautiful, and welcoming: it has a well-equipped kitchenette also for breakfast, which disappears from view inside a wall cabinet; TV visible comfortably from the bed, and air conditioning. Besides the design, the calling card of this b&b is cleanliness. (An extra chair for eating if there are two people and a non-slip shower mat would be useful. The oven is placed a bit too high for shorter individuals). Particularly appreciated the availability of Mrs. Eva, who even if only by phone, assisted us in the best way, meeting our needs. Experience to be repeated and highly recommended.

Everything is organized perfectly. The room is in a beautiful setting: an ancient building in Turin with a massive door and entrance, spectacular staircase, and an old-fashioned elevator. The room is spacious, clean, and has everything you need even for a self-service breakfast. Highly recommended.

I particularly appreciated the small kitchen. I really liked the neighborhood, but, traveling alone, I felt a bit uncomfortable in the vicinity of the B&B (Via Saluzzo & Via Nizza). Although Eva was very helpful, I would have liked to meet her. In my opinion, something to hang the laundry and the jacket, as well as a second chair in case of two guests, would be great.

The stay at this property was definitely enjoyable. The room was perfectly presented, exactly as in the photos on the website. The manager guided us step by step during check-in and provided valuable information about the city, showing herself very helpful for any issues related to the stay. The only two flaws were the poor soundproofing of the rooms (especially the corridor where the rooms overlook), understandable in a structure of this kind; and great difficulty in opening the bathroom door of the room offered to us, which has a defect that tends to jam and not slide correctly in its track. In conclusion, I consider the price adequate for the service offered. Recommended.

It is a small structure near Torino Porta Nuova Station. It is well organized and very quiet. The rooms are modern and the bathroom is very modern. The view inside a "casa di ringhiera" is amazing. The manager is friendly and very helpful.

I stayed at the B&B for only one night. Single room with private bathroom, clean and equipped with all the comforts. Modern and tasteful furnishings. Also present in the room is a kitchenette and a mini fridge (retractable). The structure is very close to the train station and the city center is easily reachable on foot. Unfortunately, I happened to be there on a day when there were families with very lively and noisy children, but I will definitely return because the B&B deserves it. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent impression of the room, I slept very well and in silence, despite the central location and the proximity of many available venues. There is also a small space where, if desired, you can warm up and prepare something to eat. The structure is located about a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova station in a typical building of historic Turin. The area is quiet. In the room, I really appreciated the kitchenette (kettle and microwave) and the fridge. Everything was clean. The access instructions were very clear, and everything is self-managed. The only downside is the noise of a fan that turns on every now and then (probably also related to the other rooms), but during the night there is total tranquility.

The property is located in a strategic position that allows you to walk around the entire city, close to Porta Nuova station and the main attractions of the city. In any case, you can also choose to take the metro by walking 3 minutes to the stop. In the evening, the neighborhood comes alive with very nice bars where it's worth stopping by.
