B&B is located in our house tucked away in the hills, in our green garden and in the Alto Vergante, next to the Lago Maggiore, to Stresa and near the golf courts named Alpino and Des Iles Borromeès. It is on the attic floor, renovated in 2016 with all the latest and modern devices in terms of comfort and accessibility and now we would like to share with you the pleasure of hospitality, making available to you an apartment with two rooms with private bathrooms: Rita and Teresa.
In the bright living room, we propose you a breakfast which will make you start with pleasure the new day, with niche products, local and genuine: hams, cheeses, jams and cakes. On nices summer days you can also enjoy breakfast on the veranda in the garden.
Anna has been linving these places since 1956 and can recommend the most interesting sites to know our territory, with suggestions and documentation, and is happy to welcome you in an atmosphere of pleasant friendship.

We are Anna and Silvio. We live in our house on the hills of the Upper Vergante, near Stresa, which several generations have loved and through their contributions of colors, passions and Hobbies have transformed and enriched leaving fragments of their personality. Everything can tell us a story: from the bricks with which it was built, to furnishings, paintings, ornaments, plants, tools..
We are happy to welcome you in this box of memories that now we continue to feed with the passions for art, architecture, photography, gardening, restoration of old tools of craftsmen, land workers, or simply kitchen tools it's the house.
We love nature and draw from what it offers us to make home decorations at different times of the year or to give small gifts to friends.
Anna likes to take care of the garden and plant the flowers. It has said that she has a green thumb. Relax by spending a few hours immersed in the colors of the well-kept garden that we offer you. She knows these places very well and can advise you on mountain tours and places to visit.

Our B&B is just few minutes from Stresa with its Borromean Islands, from Parks of noble villas, Villa Taranto, Villa Giulia, Villa Pallavicino, the gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre.
The proximity, a few minutes, of the B&B from the A26 Genoa-Gravellona motorway and from the highway that crosses the Ossola and the Sempione leads to Switzerland, gives the opportunity to quickly reach Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, the Lake Mergozzo, the river Toce with its famous waterfalls, the uniques Precipices di Uriezzo and from the valleys and mountains from Ossola to Switzerland.
In the nearby hills covered with chestnut, beech and birch woods, you can undertake easy excursions suitable for families and mushroom and chestnut seekers. In neighboring villages and along the banks of the lakes you can visit the greenhouses of flower growers of Azalee and Camelie.
Noteworthy are the routes between Faith and Culture: the Sacro Monte di Domodossola, Ghiffa and Orta that offer moments of peace, unexpected views. The Hermitage of S. Caterina del Sasso, the Insel of Saint Julius and The Madonna del Sasso.
There are also numerous musical events with the Stresa Music Weeks, the Baveno- Arona- Music Season, the unique and unmissable events in our ancient "Stone Quarries", "Tones on the Stones", and cultural events, "Literaltura Festival" in Verbania.

Very beautiful mountain excursions on the nearby Mottarone, Monte Rosa, Val Vigezzo, Val Formazza, Valle Antrona, in the parks of VEGLIA and DEVERO, in the area of CUSIO and the Wilderness above the village of Verbania: the VALGRANDE PARK.
In winter for skiing S. Domenico, Devero, Ponte in Val Formazza, For cross country skiing and snowshoeing in Riale.
Nearby, horse rental for walks on our hills also with escorts. Several pools and water fun in the summer, Acquadventurepark Baveno. Water and spa treatments all year round in the Terme di Premia and Terme di Bognanco. At the beginning of May we stayed at the B&B Orto di Marisa where attention to detail, the beauty of the rooms, and the breakfast, which is a real treat, make this place a perfect spot to relax. Anna and Silvio will make you feel at home thanks to their continuous attention to guests, not to mention the valuable tips and information on places to visit and routes to take around the wonderful Lake Maggiore. The structure is magnificent, especially because it offers a beautiful room that can be accessed with a dedicated elevator for people with disabilities (mobility in our case). The hosts Anna and Silvio are two exquisite and helpful people who will advise you on the best itinerary for visiting Lake Maggiore and its surroundings. Beautiful room with wooden details paired with a super modern bathroom for maximum comfort. IMPECCABLE CLEANLINESS. Abundant and delicious breakfast with genuine products made with raw materials from their garden. The B&B has taken all necessary anti Covid-19 measures to make guests feel safe. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for a relaxing vacation by the lake.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in August 2020. We had a great time, we were accommodated in the Teresa room and had the whole floor dedicated to us. The property is really beautiful and comfortable, the entrance to the rooms is direct with the elevator (very suite style), excellent cleaning. Room temperature and ventilation are excellent even without air conditioning. The location of the property is perfect if you want to take a vacation visiting many places. However, the best thing about this property is the owners Anna and Silvio who pampered us for 4 days; They advised us very well on the various tours to do and where to eat during the visiting days, truly exceptional. Highly recommended property!

The structure and the rooms are new and very comfortable. The owners are very professional, friendly, and always helpful. It's like being at home. Wonderful environment to enjoy with Stresa and Mottarone. Easy to reach by car and Malpensa Airport is only 45 minutes away. Very good.

It's an excellent B&B where you feel better than at home. Everything is designed to have a great vacation. The good advice from the hoteliers for discovering places to visit, great little restaurants. A breakfast to delight the taste buds, with good local and homemade products. Nothing but happiness and plenty of little attentions starting with the small chocolate. It's an excellent address that I recommend without hesitation.
