The studio apartment for rent is a very charming attic room, very quiet, ideal for short stays and for visiting the city center on foot. It is located at Via Montebello n. 32 in a building from the early 1900s, with direct access from the landing, therefore with an independent entrance; hallway, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
It is a small studio apartment, we, the owners, live on the floor below and are easily reachable for any emergencies.
Ideal for those who value their independence and do not want to have direct cohabitation with others, especially in this period of Covid emergency, it could be ideal!
The room can accommodate a maximum of two people in a double bed. The beds can be separated.
It is on the fourth floor but there is no elevator.
Located 80 meters from the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, a five-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and Piazza Castello, it has a strategic position that will allow you to move around on foot to visit the most important museums in the city.
Towels are changed every three days, bed sheets are changed every week.
The room has air conditioning and access to the internet and a television.
The price may vary by €10 if rented for only one night, with careful cleaning using bleach and alcohol-based sanitizing products, with specific products for fabrics (pillows and mats), blankets are not used but always washable duvet covers are used for each change of guests.

The owner is a very kind and helpful person, but the room was not worth the money spent. It was furnished with the first things found (one bedside lamp was different from the other). The entire decor left much to be desired, apart from the fact that one had to be careful when getting up from the bathroom not to hit their head.

NON mi risulta che in bagno si batta la testa aggiungero' delle foto per dimostrare ai clienti quanto affermato per il bagno .

The lady is extremely kind. The location of the room is excellent, the structure is a bit dated but overall comfortable for a couple of nights in the city. A downside: there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom.

Quando si vede qualcosa bisogna assolutamente interpellare la gestione è qui non è difficile visto che siamo al piano inferiore. Accetto le critiche. E chiedo gentilmente alle signore con capelli lunghi di stare attente a non lasciare i capelli, i quali sono davvero difficili da intercettare anche passando l'aspirapolvere e lavando i pavimenti, anche al suo passaggio la signora delle pulizie ne ha trovati. bisogna toglierli è vero, ma vero è, che anche i clienti nella correttezza dovrebbero fare attenzione. il senso civico è richiesto per entrambe le parti,

The attic is located on the fourth floor of a building in a street very close to the Mole Antonelliana. The location is great for exploring the city on foot and reaching all the most beautiful spots in Turin in a short time. The owner was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!

On the fourth and last floor of a building without an elevator, you will find these charming studios inside... functional for visiting Turin as they are close to the center but a few hundred meters away you can park your car for free. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the many bars located in all the streets of the center. Clean bathroom and everything works. We recommend it for young people, without a thousand demands.
