We are 27 Km from Acqui Terme (20 min by car), so you’ll be able to take waters in the famous spa at fixed price and 30 Km from Albisola and Varazze (40 min by car), so who’s fond of the sea, will be able to enjoy servicies offered by tourist facilities that we have arranged for you.

In Spigno Monferrato, in the heart of Valle Bormida, B&B Molino Lancin can be a very good point of reference for a nice break in touch with nature. From the ancient watermill, on the Valla torrent banks, you can go for a walk, a ride by horse or mountain bike on paths through surrounding woods and reach places where time seems to be stopped.

For the joy of the fishers torrent’s waters are rich of trout s and many other species of fish. From your double room with bathroom included you will be able to hear in the distance the croaking of frogs, the chirping of crickets, while larks will rock you with their singing.

Just for best relaxation, it will be possible to scan the deep of the sky through the wide windows in the roof lying down comfortably in bed.

If windows will be half-open, the cockcrow will wake you up punctually at dawn. A great breakfast, with exquisite local food, will be server in the wide living room. In June and September, if weather is favourable, you will be able to go mushrooming with local expert persons.

Everything is perfect, very beautiful mill, very well kept. Everything is very clean. We were welcomed by 4 very gentle and cuddly dogs. The homeowners are very kind and helpful. Comfortable and welcoming room. No air conditioning (but at night just open the window to have a perfect temperature). Just a few steps away is the little stream, very beautiful.

Daniele and Maura gave us two days of absolute relaxation in a facility immersed in nature, cared for in every detail and spotlessly clean. Absolutely welcoming hosts ready to meet every need. Daniele, a deep connoisseur of history and the territory, awaited us throughout our stay. Maura pampered us with breakfasts made from local products. Compliments to both of them! Superb place where you can disconnect, the calm and beauty of the place. Molino di Lancin is very welcoming. Daniel and his wife are always there to advise us, provide explanations about the region, restaurants, the history of the Mill or simply to chat! Simple but effective breakfast to start a good day. Simple but spacious rooms, nothing missing, correct bathroom. We spent 5 days as if we were at friends' house, they took care of us. We even had a poet reciting poems. We highly recommend these guest rooms, in fact we will return. Too good!

Impeccable cleanliness like the welcome. Great treatment even for children, the only flaw (for us who have a two-year-old child) is the low window without protections in the spacious room with a wonderful wooden ceiling.

Me, my partner, and our little dog were guests on the occasion of the B&B Day 2017, a charming place, very quiet ideal for relaxing and enjoying the landscape and nature surrounding the Molino di Lancin. The B&B is rich in objects of history and peasant tradition, excellent welcome from the owners. The lady personally prepares focaccias, mustards, and jams that are served for breakfast. The husband is very nice, always available to recommend guests a special place to have dinner or to do a tasting, really thank you! The room (in total there are 2) is furnished in rustic style, very clean, very welcoming. The B&B is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine areas and the numerous wineries nearby, and let's not forget that in less than an hour's drive you can reach the sea!

I would like to start by saying that I am reviewing this property with considerable delay. However, I stayed at Molino di Lancin with my partner Rosy and our sweet little Stella between Easter and Easter Monday a couple of years ago! The property is very beautiful, welcoming, and rustic, just like the room which was very warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. Our little dog was also welcomed and pampered, and even made friends with the 2 dogs of the owners who, by the way, are very affable and helpful people. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, in short, we had a good time, it's a pity we only stayed one night.

Very nice B&B, Daniele is a very entertaining host who gives you very good information and tips for restaurants and to explore the region. Also a nice guide for a walk in the surrounding countryside. For nature, calm and rest this is the place to be!

It is nice to find yourself in a comfortable structure where you find the managers very friendly and helpful. After a short time, it seemed to us that we had known Maura and Daniele for a lifetime. The room is very cute and also the room where breakfast is served (the latter very abundant and delicious). What can I say, if we come back to these parts again, we will definitely return. Stunned and 'speechless' by the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Rooms very well furnished and comfortable, spacious bathroom, not to mention the rich and abundant breakfast, enviable even for hotels with more stars! We had a problem with our van and the owner, without asking, lent us his car. What more can I say? Top! We will definitely be back.

The friendly hosts gave us a warm welcome at a very clean and charming B&B in the countryside. They explained about the interesting history of the former watermill and presented a good breakfast in a beautiful and romantic setting at the terrace. The beds in the spacious room with bathroom with all kinds of toiletries, were comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet stay in Piemonte, this is a perfect place to be.

Superb property where children can play in complete tranquility. A B&B located in a quiet area in the countryside. You can do your food shopping within a 5-minute drive. The cities of Asti and Alba are nearby, as well as the sea (+ or - 50'). The owners are very welcoming and know the area perfectly. They can inform you about what you can do and visit.
