We are 27 Km from Acqui Terme (20 min by car), so you’ll be able to take waters in the famous spa at fixed price and 30 Km from Albisola and Varazze (40 min by car), so who’s fond of the sea, will be able to enjoy servicies offered by tourist facilities that we have arranged for you.
In Spigno Monferrato, in the heart of Valle Bormida, B&B Molino Lancin can be a very good point of reference for a nice break in touch with nature. From the ancient watermill, on the Valla torrent banks, you can go for a walk, a ride by horse or mountain bike on paths through surrounding woods and reach places where time seems to be stopped.
For the joy of the fishers torrent’s waters are rich of trout s and many other species of fish. From your double room with bathroom included you will be able to hear in the distance the croaking of frogs, the chirping of crickets, while larks will rock you with their singing.
Just for best relaxation, it will be possible to scan the deep of the sky through the wide windows in the roof lying down comfortably in bed.
If windows will be half-open, the cockcrow will wake you up punctually at dawn. A great breakfast, with exquisite local food, will be server in the wide living room. In June and September, if weather is favourable, you will be able to go mushrooming with local expert persons.

Graziosa struttura immersa nel verde, perfettamente corrispondente alle nostre aspettative.
La colazione si fa in un magnifico salone con un imponente camino. Gentile la signora Maura, molto loquace il marito.

Superbe endroit où l'on peut se déconnecter, le calme et la beauté du lieu. Très bon accueil de Daniel et de son épouse toujours là pour nous conseiller, donner des explications sur la région, les restaurants, l'historique du Moulin ou simplement discuter! Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace pour démarrer une bonne journée! », Chambres simples mais spacieuses, rien ne manque salle de bain correcte.
Nous avons passé 5 jours comme chez des amis, ils ont été à nos petits soins. Nous avons même eu droit à un conteur de poèmes.
Nous recommandons fortement ces chambres d’hôtes, d’ailleurs nous y retournerons. Trop bien!

Pulizia ineccepibile come l'accoglienza. Ottimo trattamento anche per i bambini, unica pecca (per noi che abbiamo un bimbo di due anni) è la bassa finestra senza protezioni nell'ampia stanza con meraviglioso soffitto in legno.

Edificio ben organizzato e ristrutturato di recente.
Collocato all'interno di un'area boscata e con possibilità di fare passeggiate. Il gestore è molto accogliente e il luogo è molto ben tenuto.

Io, il mio compagno e il nostro cagnolino siamo stati ospiti in occasione del B&B Day 2017, posto incantevole, molto tranquillo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il paesaggio e la natura che circondano il Molino. Il B&B è ricco di oggetti di storia e della tradizione contadina, ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. La signora prepara personalmente le focacce, le mostarde e le marmellate che vengono servite a colazione. Il marito è molto simpatico, sempre disponibile per consigliare agli ospiti un posticino particolare dove cenare o dove fare una degustazione, davvero grazie! La camera (in totale sono 2) è arredata in stile rustico, molto pulita, molto accogliente. Il B&B è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le zone vitivinicole e le numerose cantine nei paraggi e non dimentichiamoci che a meno di un'ora di auto si può arrivare al mare!

Premetto che recensisco questa struttura con notevole ritardo comunque sono stato al Molino di Lancin con la mia compagna Rosy e la nostra dolce cucciola Stella tra Pasqua e pasquetta di un paio d'anni fa! Struttura molto bella accogliente e rustica così come la stanza molto calda nonostante fuori ghiacciasse. Anche la nostra cagnolina è stata accolta bene e coccolata ed ha pure fatto amicizia coi 2 cani dei titolari che a proposito sono persone molto affabili e disponibili. Colazione molto gustosa ed abbondante, insomma ci siamo trovati bene, peccato ci siamo fermati solo una notte.

Very nice B&B, Daniele is a very entertainig host who gives you very good information and tips for restaurants and to explore the region. Also a nice guide for a walk in the surrounding countryside.

È bello ritrovarsi in una struttura confortevole dove trovi i gestori molto cordiali e disponibili. Dopo poco ci è sembrato di conoscere Maura e Daniele da una vita. La camera è carinissima e anche la sala dove si prepara la colazione (quest'ultima molto abbondante e squisita). Che dire, se ripasseremo di nuovo da queste parti di sicuro ci ritorneremo. Stupiti e "senza parole" dalla gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. Camere molto ben arredate e confortevoli, bagno spazioso, non parliamo poi della colazione ricca e abbondante, da far invidia ad alberghi a più stelle!
Avevamo un problema al nostro furgone e il proprietario senza chiedere ci ha prestato la sua vettura. Cosa dire di più? Top! Ci torneremo senz'altro.

The friendly hosts gave us a warm welcome at a very clean and charming B&B in the countryside. They explained about the interesting history of the former watermill and presented a good breakfast in a beautiful and romantic setting at the terrace. The beds in in the spacious room with bathroom with all kinds of toiletries, were comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet stay in Piemonte, this is a perfect place to be.

Posto molto caratteristico, pulito con i proprietari molto gentili e alla mano, arredi semplice ma di gusto buona la colazione, le camere sono spaziose calde e pulite ed il panorama molto caratteristico.

Superbe propriété dans laquelle les enfants peuvent jouer en toute quiétude. Un B&B situé au calme en pleine campagne. On peut faire ses courses alimentaires à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Les villes de Asti et Alba sont proches ainsi que la mer (+ou- 50'). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et connaissent parfaitement la région. Ils pourront donc vous renseigner sur ce qùon peut y faire et visiter.

Struttura veramente bella, caratteristica, curata e arredata con tantissimo gusto. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori è esemplare. La colazione del mattino decisamente ottima e abbondante. Un ringraziamento particolare a Daniele per il tempo che ci ha dedicato nel racconto di tutto il suo sapere.
