Totally immersed in nature, total relaxation away from the noise of the city. We spotted fawns inside the property, beautiful. Strategic location for those who want to take a trip to Lake Maggiore. The apartment is clean and welcoming. The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. A must-try.

The 'Manfredi B&B' offers extremely clean and well-kept rooms (more like apartments), comfortable, in a very pleasant green setting, although access is a bit difficult. Unfortunately, there are no stoves or ovens in the dining facilities, despite being well designed. We very much appreciated this B&B 'stuck' in a beautiful nature between two alpine lakes.

If you like quiet places, away from the city, but with a strategic location, this B&B is perfect. In 10 minutes I arrived in Borgomanero and in 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful Municipality of Arona. The road seems to get lost, but it is totally passable. It is not so immediate to understand where the Manfredi B&B is located, but Ivorio is so small that in a few minutes you can find the place. The apartment is delightful. If there was also a kitchen, I would say it would be perfect, but if you don't have these needs, it's a beautiful place to stay. I saw the owners for a very short time, but they were friendly and sober, quick and efficient.

Whole apartment available immense in silence and nature, in a finely restored house with a wonderful garden. Absolute cleanliness, the owners have been extremely helpful. Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore are a quarter of an hour away but the surroundings are also very interesting to explore: uncontaminated nature and small villages rich in charm. We recommend it.

Despite the stay being accompanied by bad weather, thanks to the comfort of the accommodation it was possible to spend the days pleasantly. The owners are very kind and available to meet different needs. Recommended for families with children for the available space, where it is also possible to organize dinner without cooking.

Room (I would say apartment is large) clean and with excellent services. Kitchen comfortable for 4 or more people, Bathroom equally spacious and clean. The owner a kind and helpful person, a quiet location and close to the most tourist and non-tourist destinations. An excellent base. Last but important, economical. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

All very good. The car access is somewhat narrow but you can enter without too much maneuvering. The apartment is quite spacious, with a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining room. Every day they replenished everything needed for breakfast (juices, croissants, cookies, jams, coffee, tea) for the next morning and cleaned the apartment. Something fresh like fruit and cheese/cold cuts for breakfast is missing, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator (it's a suggestion). It is well located to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes area. About 10 minutes by car from restaurants and the highway to Turin/Milan, 15 minutes from Arona, 30 minutes from Stresa, and 25 minutes from Orta S. Giulio. Emanuele and his family treated us very well and we felt almost at home.

What can I say, a magnificent place to stay to visit both Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. Family-run but very well maintained, clean and welcoming, the managers are very familiar, kind and available for any suggestion. The structure is located in a very quiet position in a locality near Invorio. I think I will definitely recommend this B&B to everyone. I take this opportunity to greet and thank everyone again.

Manfredi B&B is superb, a bit hard to find though (the signs indicating in Barquedo are too small and not very visible). The restored house is magnificent and typical. The welcome is perfect, like at home, from Susanna, Emanuele and the whole family (the little prince Sebastiano, Marta his mom and Giovanni the worker, not to forget Manfredi, the little funny and fragile dog). It's a pity that the Piedmontese law does not allow Susanna to share homemade Italian cakes with us at breakfast, but the more than generous table makes up for everything. The availability and kindness of everyone is truly exceptional. An address to remember and where we will definitely come back.

First of all, a welcome from Susanna more than friendly and warm. As soon as we arrived we felt at home as if we were at our own home! The village is super typical and the place is wonderfully calm and beautiful. Our room is lovely and with everything you need to be comfortable. And then, the discretion of our host, always attentive. A big thank you to Susanna because we had a wonderful stay and we want to do it again because the nearby Italian lakes are splendid. Great. We arrived with 5 motorcycles to spend 3 nights. We were welcomed by a more than friendly family, from little Sébastien to the grandfather passing through the dad (Emanuele the manager), his wife, and his mother. People who deserve to be known. Kindness, availability, and warm welcome are the main qualities. An address to keep and spread. I will return to this B&B without hesitation. Thanks to Emanuele and his family.

I stayed there because I was in Borgomanero for work for a few days. It is an excellent place to spend more than just a simple night, as it is a real apartment that only lacks a kitchenette. It is very tidy and clean. It is equipped with a television and Wi-Fi internet connection. There is availability of covered parking. The owners are very welcoming and very kind. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through that area.

Ideal place for those passing through and very close to the state border and Lake Maggiore. Friendly and affable staff in every way. They were able to advise us at best with an extraordinary availability. I highly recommend it to bikers because it is in a small town a bit off but very quiet and at the same time close to major roads! Excellent experience at a ridiculous price.

Optimal location, very close to all the tourist attractions of the place. The B&B is immersed in greenery and is an oasis of peace where one can take refuge just to escape the city's heat. The managers are truly adorable and very helpful! Pets are also accepted. Too bad to have stayed only for a few days.
