This is the main theme, the idea that inspired us since 2000, when our bed & breakfast was born: the creation of a place where to stay, which could be both cozy and respectful of everyone’s privacy, both an accommodation and a simple and friendly place where you want to come back because it’s like to be guests at your own home.

Welcome to L'Olmo B&B from myself, Giovanni, along with my parents Giuseppina and Antonio, and my brother Roberto.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Giuseppina and Antonio, who take great pleasure in preparing breakfast with fresh bakery products. They are both passionate about good food. Roberto is responsible for keeping the rooms spotlessly clean, ensuring excellence in cleanliness. As for me, I manage online and phone requests so that we can start the journey together from the very first contact.
Our goal is to give our guests a simple, genuine, and unique stay. We have been doing this for 23 years and we still get emotional with every guest we welcome.

The B&B is situated in the Crocetta area near the new Olympic Stadium, Pala Alpitour (formerly PalaOlimpico) and Lingotto Fiere center. It can easily be reached from Torino Porta Nuova station by tram no. 4 (six stops) or bus no. 63 (direction Olympic Stadium - 5 min.), and from Porta Susa station by metro to Porta Nuova station. From the airport, it takes about 40 minutes (Sadem bus line to the Porta Nuova terminus). If driving, follow the signs to the Olympic Stadium. All major points of interest are well connected by public transport.

Good morning, the facility is very close to various strategic points of the city located on a very quiet street, tidy, very clean the owners very courteous and approachable. We were not able to have breakfast when we had a very early appointment at the Cellini clinic. Thanks for everything, recommended.

Hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, and a clean environment. We stayed at L'Olmo B&B for the Gabry Ponte concert and took the opportunity to visit Turin. The location is very good, you can reach both the stadium and the Inalpi Arena on foot. Easily reach the city center with line 4. Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy room, just like the owners were welcoming. The room is quiet and clean. The property is close to the historic center and Porta Nuova station, reachable by the nearby tram. Also enjoyed the breakfast in the room.

I went to Turin and stayed at this L'Olmo B&B. I found it very nice, it was warm and comfortable. Above all, the managers were very courteous. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at L'Olmo B&B for six days and I must say it was one of my best experiences. From the very first moment, you can perceive the commitment and dedication of the owners in ensuring a perfect stay for their guests. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the cleanliness: every corner of the accommodation was sparkling and everything was in order, showing a care and attention to detail that is often lacking in other facilities. The breakfast offered every morning was another highlight of my stay. But what truly made my stay special was the friendliness and hospitality of the owners. Always available, smiling, and ready to give advice or information about the city, they made me feel not just like a simple guest, but like part of a family. Furthermore, the B&B is in a advantageous location that allows you to explore Turin with ease, adding further value to the overall experience. Kind and helpful owners. Great location in the center near Mauriziano hospital, but still in a quiet area. There are supermarkets nearby. Too bad there is not at least a small microwave and a minimum of dishes.

I had a very good experience at L'Olmo B&B owned by the Modica Cassibba family, especially for the courtesy and availability of the owners. Moreover, there are trams and metro nearby, so the location is very convenient.

We stayed for 3 days and had a great time: welcoming, hospitality, respect, care, kindness, and sympathy. The rooms were always very clean and fragrant, the temperature was perfect, breakfast with fresh croissants and more (also gluten-free). The owners are available to provide information and advice without being intrusive. We felt comfortable as if we were at home. The B&B will be our reference point for the future. Oh… The city center is easily reachable, there are bus and tram stops 'below the house', two large supermarkets, tobacco shop, pastry shop, bar, and trattoria a few meters away.

I stayed at L'Olmo B&B for 3 days. Extremely convenient structure for transportation in the area, well-equipped and close to the city center. Excellent reception, excellent breakfast, very kind and super welcoming owners. Impeccably clean structure. I think I can say “like at home”. I will definitely come back when needed. Cozy and clean rooms. Very friendly owners. Excellent cleanliness. Good breakfast. The property has a good location and was chosen by me because it is close to PalaAlpitour; it is also very close to the Metro and tram and bus stops. Porta Nuova station is a few stops away from L'Olmo B&B and can also be reached on foot for those who want a walk (about 20-25 min walk). Also close to two supermarkets. Overall a very positive experience. If I were to return to Turin, I think I would try to book again at this L'Olmo B&B.

The place is located a few meters from the tram stop and a few minutes walk from a metro stop. Nearby there are supermarkets, tobacco shops, and bars. The apartment is very clean and I was hosted in the best way (because kindness is never taken for granted). I highly recommend it.

Together with my wife, daughter, and our little dachshund, we were guests at 'L'Olmo B&B', a very well-maintained property. The managers are very kind, friendly, and meticulous. I recommend this B&B to everyone, as the managers make you feel at home, the rooms are well-kept and clean, the breakfast is very rich and very good. We will definitely return!

I went to Turin with my children and our little bunny! Despite our unusual pet, we were welcomed very well, it felt like being part of the family despite the restrictions due to covid, which were fully respected. A bit far from the city center (30 minutes walk) but this "shortcoming" is compensated by definitely more important things: perfect rooms where you can breathe the Turin atmosphere of the mid-1900s, excellent quality/price ratio for the city and the period. And the friendliness, the availability, the discretion, and the smile of the hosts... leave a mark! We will definitely come back!\nTurin is also very beautiful.

Siamo stati in due per una notte in questo B&B in occasione di un concerto di Giorgia al Pala Alpitour e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
I gestori sono accoglienti e disponibili, l'appartamento è piccolino ma caratteristico, molto pulito e ben tenuto.
È l'ideale perché vicino al Pala-Alpitour e agli autobus coi quali si raggiunge in pochi minuti la stazione del treno.
Ideale per coppie a Torino in occasione di concerti ed eventi. Consigliatissimo!

Sono stato una notte al B&B L'Olmo con la mia ragazza per il concerto di Florence & The Machine del 18 marzo. Siamo stati benissimo, l'appartamento in ottimo stato, riscaldamento, e una abbondante colazione, ed ad un ottima posizione per la zona del centro e stadio/palaAlpitour
Grazie a Giovanni e ai suoi genitori, molto gentili e ospitali, sicuramente torneremo qui alla prossima occasione!
