Description
Loft 19 is located on the first floor of a real and original industrial building completely transformed into a LOFT and artistic workshops in an area of ??the city considered the trendiest of the moment. The space was completely renovated in 2021 respecting the nature of the property. The three original rooms reserved for adult customers only, with private bathrooms are furnished with design objects, smartTV king size beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating and free fast Wi-Fi. The sheets, towels, blankets and duvets are all Made in Italy and natural fibers.

The location of LOFT 19 will allow guests to reach on foot the city center and all the attractions to visit, museums and more.

LOFT 19 is a bed and breakfast with 3 double rooms with internal services. The space dedicated to breakfast will always be at your disposal. For security reasons, part of the breakfast will be offered at the BOWIE Caffè which is located one block from LOFT 19. A buffet with coffee, tea, fruit juices, fresh fruit, biscuits, snacks, all only organic and suitable for food intolerances, will always be at your disposal for free.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 19 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

In the lively "Borgo" live many students who attend the sinuous Campus Luigi Einaudi, designed by Norman Foster. The streets are full of independent boutiques, organic food shops and juice bars, spaces dedicated to planning and design as well as a number of lively venues including wine bars, microbreweries and music clubs. The disused establishments in the area have been replaced by the Nuvola Lavazza, a curved building that houses the offices of the famous coffee brand, the Film Commission, the Robe di Kappa which will welcome you to its "shop". To close on a sweet note, historic brands of delicious chocolate are based here, well-known Sicilian ice cream shops and unmissable pastry shops. Along the Dora river, a large cycle-pedestrian area will give you moments of absolute relaxation and romantic walks.

The location of LOFT 19 allows you to walk to the city center. Electric buses connect you directly from the Einaudi Campus stop to the two main railway stations Porta Nuova and Porta Susa. On foot or running, the Colletta park will give you suggestive atmospheres.

Wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich wie Freunde um uns gekümmert haben (Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Tipps für Veranstaltungen/Besichtigungen, Nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist…). Tolles, neues Design-Zimmer in einem ehemaligen Fabrikgebäude. Perfekte Betten, Wäschewechsel nach 2 Tagen. Super Frühstück. Absolut ruhig. Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle 3 Min entfernt. Besser gehts nicht.
