I'm Michele and I've been a Host since 2015. I'm passionate about this activity that I follow carefully, with the support of my son. I personally follow and take care of the maintenance, cleaning services, sanitation and everything concerning the technical/bureaucratic aspect of my tourist accommodation facilities that I have in the city and outside the city. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact this property in advance to arrange check-in. Please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation received. The accommodation is in a quiet and private location. Paid parking in the BLUE area.

Second floor not mentioned, steep stairs, two patched rooms, the service room a real disaster without a bidet, plastic shower curtain, bed with missing slats, furniture to be scrapped, non-compliant electrical system, dirty. If you bring your girlfriend, she'll leave as soon as you open the door, a total disaster. I stayed because there was nothing else in all of Asti. I will report this disgrace to the Municipality of Asti. The manager also told me I'm a pain, but he liked my 225 euros in cash!

Le scale sono Condominiali, gli impianti sono certificati e depositati presso il Suap del Comune con La Scia. Le pulizie vengono eseguite in modo scrupoloso tra 1 ospite e l'altro come anche tutta la biancheria lavata a 60 gradi seguendo il protocollo anti covid. Nel letto a doghe non manca nessuna doga. Faccia pure le segnalazioni alle autorità competenti. Ci sono Hotel a 5 e 4 stelle e non si capisce come Lei abbia scelto la mia locazione turistica, forse per il prezzo tutto compreso?
