Description

Casa Croce has been owned by the De Ambrosis family since 1914.

All the children of the house were born and raised here, and they are now parents and grandparents.

They grew up with a sense of belonging to a special land, the Monferrato, which deserves to be made available to those who wish to discover it as tourists and experience it even just for a few days.

Hence Monica's idea to open the house to guests who are seeking an escape from the city, with the desire to spend some time in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, in complete relaxation in the countryside.

The Adele Bed and Breakfast is located in Occimiano, a quiet agricultural town at the foot of the Monferrato hills.

The property is an excellent starting point for car, motorbike, bike, or hiking itineraries.

You can spend pleasant days exploring the gentle hills of the Monferrato, tasting the wines of the area, sampling local products, strolling through the infernot and tuff houses, which have become a UNESCO heritage site since June 2014.

Our italian breakfast is nourishing and well balanced: croissants, homemade biscuits, bread with various natural jams, fruit juice, coffee or cappuccino, yogurt, cereals, muesli and dried and fresh fruit. And for our sporty Guest or cyclist, we can provide extra calories!
Breakfast is served with openness in the garden full of flowers; silence and quiet, alternated with the joyful voices of the children of the DeAmbrosis family, living here from a hundred year, or the cock-crow lording inside the chicken run.

My name is Monica De Ambrosis and I was born in this house, which t is now used as a B & B. It's part of alarger farmstead that was acquired by my family at the beginning of 1900. 4 children, a husband, some pets, a vegetable garden, flowers and an orchard keep me busy and entertained.

Hospitality is also an integral part of my life.

I love to read, take a breakand enjoy a good afternoon tea, cook, bake biscuits and made jam. I love nature and trekking around our beautiful Monferrato hills, either alone or in good company!

We had a really pleasant weekend at B&B L'Adele, immersed in the tranquility of Monferrato. The property is perfect for relaxing, with the convenience of being close to very nice towns to visit. In the surroundings, it is possible to go for walks, wine tasting in historic cellars, etc. The owner, Monica, is very kind, helpful, and always attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a selection of fresh and genuine products, and I really appreciated the possibility of having gluten-free options, which is not a given in this type of accommodation. The room I stayed in was large, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely a place I would gladly return to!

This B&B stands out from French B&Bs. The setting is very welcoming with a beautiful outdoor terrace with trees and flowers. The interior is tastefully and elegantly furnished. You can find a charm of yesteryears. It is a beautiful family home. Monica is very friendly, warm, and discreet. She takes care of her clients' well-being. The breakfast is of quality with homemade products (jams, cakes, dried fruits, creams...). If we have the opportunity to return to this region, we will not miss staying at L'Adele B&B. We highly recommend it.

A wonderful place as a stopover. Monica was very kind, made a reservation for a lovely dinner in a restaurant nearby. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable. The Italian breakfast in the nice garden was excellent. We highly recommend!
