Independent townhouse, spacious, fully furnished, and sunny year-round, set in tranquility and nature with a beautiful view of Val d’Ossola, just a short walk from the village center and main amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, cafes, restaurants, butcher, tobacco shop, hairdresser, etc.

The entrance is independent on the ground floor (living area) featuring a large furnished living room with parquet flooring (sofa and armchair, flat-screen Smart TV connected to the internet – Netflix – Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen with glossy porphyry flooring (dishes, gas and induction cooktops, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine using pods, etc.) with access to a private garden.

A comfortable and spacious internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor (sleeping area), which includes 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring and a balcony (each with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, and wardrobes + 1 bed for one and a half persons) along with 1 bathroom with a window (washing machine, sink, bathtub, and shower).

Heating is provided by radiators in winter (fireplace temporarily non-functional). Free WiFi is available. There’s free parking on the street. Towels and linens are included. Although distances are minimal, a car is recommended for accessing the townhouse and moving around the area. Ideal for mountain hikers, skiers, and cyclists or simply for those seeking rest and tranquility. Not recommended for individuals with mobility difficulties due to the presence of stairs at the entrance and inside the house. Pets are allowed free of charge. There is an external video surveillance system around the property. No smoking is permitted inside the house.

- Provide documents to facilitate, as required by law, registration with the relevant Public Safety authorities.

Just a 5-minute drive from Domodossola or accessible via public transportation that connects Masera to Domodossola. Masera has a train station with the typical Vigezzina train that links Domodossola to Locarno (Switzerland). Located at the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley (Santa Maria Maggiore - Re), it serves as a strategic point to access the other seven valleys, including Val Formazza, Val Grande, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero, Valle Antrona, Val Bognanco, and Valle Anzasca, as well as the ski resort of San Domenico, spa centers, and is only 30 kilometers from Lake Maggiore (Stresa and the Borromean Islands) or Lake Orta (San Giulio Island).
