Our property is located in a prime location as it is a short walk from the center but in a very quiet street, adjacent to the Temple of Paolini.

We have a garden and private parking.

All essential services are within walking distance from where you stay: ATM, supermarket, bars, restaurants gyms, beautician hairdresser. pharmacies are within 100/200 mt.

Distributors petrol, police, firefighters, police, hospital, emergency room are located within 500 meters.

Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia rispecchiato le vostre aspettative e avremmo voluto poterne parlare direttamente con voi durante la permanenza, così da intervenire subito. La nostra struttura si trova in una palazzina liberty del 1930: alcuni elementi originali fanno parte del suo carattere storico. Il riferimento poco curata è forse rivolto al giardino, probabilmente legato al periodo della vostra visita, a inizio marzo, quando la vegetazione non è ancora in fioritura. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, è uno dei nostri punti di forza: i monolocali sono minimal proprio per garantire ordine e igiene. Sul rapporto qualità‑prezzo, la tariffa di 90€ (45€ al giorno), per un weekend in posizione centrale è decisamente conveniente. Vi ringraziamo comunque per aver condiviso la vostra opinione: ogni commento ci aiuta a comunicare meglio ciò che offriamo.

B&B very simple but equipped with everything necessary. Strategic location 5 minutes walk from Piazza Michele Ferrero, practically in 5 minutes you are in the center. Monja very kind and helpful. Her advice is excellent.

Everything was just great! They helped me with everything I needed, very available every hour and day. They are simply lovely people, sociable and always fun to talk to! I would definitely like to come back to visit again.

Great location, just outside the city center, on a quiet street with ample parking. Owners very kind, and gave enough suggestions for restaurants. Would love to stay again when in Alba.

We were literally kicked out at 10 in the morning, the day before we had a concert that ended at 01:30. We did not expect such an early check-out, especially considering that we checked in late afternoon the day before and paid 80€ for one night (plus a 3€ tourist tax). Exorbitant price despite the 'La Pajassa' property being okay.

Perfect welcome, great availability of Monja and Giovanni who make you feel at home. Abundant and above all genuine and homemade breakfast (excellent apple pie) prepared fresh every morning. Spacious and functional rooms. Great experience. Monja and Giovanni true hosts always with a smile on their lips.

Good evening, I would like to first say that Alba is very beautiful, tidy, polite, clean! The B&B La Pajassa is in a perfect area of the city, a short walk from the center but, at the same time, a quiet area without noise and with parking. The room is clean, with modern furnishings, nothing is missing. Very satisfied both me and my wife. I thank the owners, best regards. Fulvio and Silvana.

I stayed at the B&B La Pajassa for Easter 2018, two nights. I found the property by chance, and the name attracted me for family reasons. It was easy to find the property, the welcome from the owner Monja was excellent. Very spacious room with a kitchen as well. Quiet place. Amazing breakfast, real treats for the guest. Recommendations on the area, places to visit, and restaurants were very precise and accurate. In short, the final vote is a 10 with Honors. I recommend the property and the Langhe area. Thanks to Monja and Giovanni for making our stay enjoyable from all points of view.

We had a great time and the hosts are two extraordinary, kind and helpful people for any need. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in tranquility. The building is very close to the center, which is worth it because Alba is full of life. Congratulations.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the studio spacious, comfortable, equipped with a large bathroom and furnished with excellent taste. Very kind hosts and generous with advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. Excellent value for money.
