I love to travel with fantasy in new tastes to try in recreating them in my courses, using new complex techniques and traditional procedures.
I'm very bound to Sardegna, my father's land and magic island that enchanted me when I was little and still does, thanks to its culinary tradition kept alive from my lovely grandmother and all my family.
Such as Sardegna, also the Valli di Lanzo are magical and influent in my culinary thoughts; they are my mother birthplace and mine, alpin landscapes of great charm and prosperous blooming nature.
Through the last eight years another italian corner has been fascinating me, the Gargano, peninsula with island vegetation in Puglia, pastoralism, agriculture and fishing place, but most of all, birthplace of Lucia, my love through all theese years.

This B&B has seen the light after Il Convito della Venaria, launched on 2008, Restaurant at dinner and Bistrot at lunch, Coffee bar during the day and Catering for attached guests and for the most demanding ones.
Just next to the two Reggia View restaurant rooms, we have restructurated a little apartment to have two nice rooms that opens the window to your own heaven.

Third time we come back with our child. Always magnificent experience a stone's throw from La Finestra sulla Reggia. Super breakfast and the connected restaurant is excellent.

Very kind owners. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, with a charming view of the Royal Palace. The Royal Palace parking lot is 150 meters away, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I couldn't have dinner at their restaurant because it was closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast was served on Monday morning in a restaurant in the same building, with welcoming owners and a varied and complete buffet. There are plenty of places within walking distance to grab a bite. I would gladly return.

We stayed at this establishment on the occasion of our first wedding anniversary. We had a great time, very well-kept environment, kind staff, fantastic location. Truly a beautiful and romantic weekend.
