Description

Charming two-level apartment of approximately 45 square meters, located on the ground floor of a historic building, reflecting its style through the furnishings, colors, finishes, and accessories.

A private, quiet, and comfortable space designed for ultimate relaxation. The layout includes a living area on the lower level with a dining/work table, a sofa (which can also serve as a spacious single bed), a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a large double bedroom with a small balcony.

Guest access: The entire accommodation is available for guests. The kitchenette is equipped for cooking and setting the table, and the bathroom includes linens and other comfort items. The beds are always made up. Upon request, a third and fourth bed and/or a crib can be provided.

Paid parking is available in a secure condominium area, which can be reserved based on availability.

Area Stazione Porta Nuova

The distinctive neighborhood of Sansalvario is located near the central train station of Porta Nuova and just a short walk from the city's pedestrian historic center. It is surrounded by several university campuses and the main hospitals in Turin. Additionally, it is close to the beautiful Valentino Park, which stretches along the banks of the Po River.

In recent years, the area has experienced a boom in dining establishments, providing a wide variety of options to cater to every taste and budget. There are also many historic shops of different kinds, ranging from antique to vintage, as well as restoration workshops.

For those of us who live here every day, Sansalvario feels like a small village within a large city. We all know each other well, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. This truly represents a rarity in an urban setting.

I'm sorry, but we cannot say that our stay at the B&B was a positive experience, as it did not match what we expected after reading what was advertised. A B&B described as charming should have at least some air conditioning or similar; instead there was a very small desk fan during a period with 35 degrees. There was no supply of the products advertised on the website nor a complimentary bottle of water. Two rooms were filled with cushions and blankets, practically useless. To access the upper room there is a steep and creaky staircase.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a handsome 1930s building with around a dozen units, many of which are occupied by members of an extended family.

Very kind hosts, welcoming and very comfortable property, wonderful setting a short walk from the metro and Parco del Valentino. Just one metro stop from the station, close to many nice bars and a supermarket. If I were to return to Turin, I would definitely stay here.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend in the annex, ten minutes from Porta Nuova station. Mr. Alberto welcomed us kindly, also giving us excellent tips on what to see in Turin. We had a great time: he was always extremely helpful for any need, both regarding the accommodation and otherwise. We highly recommend this place. The area is quiet, well served by buses and, a little further on towards Parco del Valentino, there is also a tram that goes directly to the city center.

Nice and clean apartment, perfect location. The metro is a 5-minute walk away and is connected to the city center. In a 30-minute walk, strolling, you reach Piazza Castello. Nothing to complain about. Kitchen equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Very comfortable bed.

Alberto was very kind to welcome us even late in the evening. We stayed in the apartment on the third floor. The house has all the comforts, everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
