This spacious and elegant apartment has a large exclusive terrace. It is well-kept and the environment appears lively and colorful thanks to the presence of various murals. Furthermore, the apartment is extremely bright and complete with all comforts. It is located on the first floor of a quiet building.

TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS: There are two spacious double bedrooms furnished with portable fans, large wardrobes, desks, 28" monitors, and king-size beds. One of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed and a French door that leads directly to the terrace.

EAT-IN KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped and bright, with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals to the fullest.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is comfortable and colorful, with double windows and a convenient shower.

LARGE TERRACE: The highlight of the apartment is the large and comfortable terrace, where you can enjoy moments of serenity outdoors while enjoying a delicious breakfast or snack in a small corner of peace.

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal and for your exclusive use during your stay. You will find a welcome kit and a house manual that will explain in detail how to use all the facilities of the property.
