Descrizione

The residence "Il Cortile", a property from the early 1900s located on Monte di Pietà street in the historic center of Vercelli, is just a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few steps from Piazza Cavour, the historical and cultural epicenter of the city. It is also a 20-minute walk from the Santa Rita clinic and the Sant'Andrea hospital.

Completely renovated in 2013, it offers studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens for meal preparation. The rooms are spacious and bright, and some of them overlook the peaceful cobbled courtyard.

The services provided include the supply of bed sheets and towels, which are replaced on a weekly basis during the cleaning of the premises. A laundry room with a dryer is available for customers. Internet connection is guaranteed through free Wi-Fi.

All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hairdryer, and all bathrooms have windows. Each apartment is independent from the others.

Special rates for stays longer than three days can be negotiated with the office.

"Il Cortiletto" is an annex of "Il Cortile," also located in an ancient building dating back to the 1700s at Via Giovenone, number 8, behind Corso Libertà: the street that runs through the historic center and the pedestrian area of the city.

It consists of one-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens for meal preparation. Bed sheets and towels are provided and replaced on a weekly basis during the apartment cleaning.

Thank you so much for helping us to find the bnb. My Italian is not good, so I never understood it was far from Il Cortile. It is a nice and quiet apartment, in the beautiful old center of Vercelli.

We arrived during the terrible super green pass period and no one in the smaller towns knew that as U.S. citizens we do not require them and, more importantly, cannot even get one. The host tried to assist us and helped us go get a covid test that evening at 6:30 pm only to find out we could still not enter restaurants. He looked at our CDC cards and allowed us to stay at the hotel. Overall the Hotel and the area were great. Wish we had this kind of customer service in the states...
