Descrizione

The ancient house that houses our B&B is located near the beautiful square in the heart of the village, overlooked by the splendid Doria Castle.

The residence has been completely renovated, respecting the ancient structure, with original vaults and exposed stones.

The rooms are on the first and second floor and are divided as follows:
- The Blue room with two single beds and shared facilities.

- The Beige room, double with shared facilities.

- The Lilac room, double with private facilities.

Finally, there is a small room for breakfast with a refrigerator available to guests.

We are located at A. Doria 16-18 in Mornese, reachable in 15 minutes by car from the Serravalle Scrivia exit on the A7 Milan-Genoa or 15 minutes from the Ovada exit along the A26.

Among the various attractions, there are the large shopping centers of Serravalle and, just 30 km away, Acqui Terme with its splendid attractions.

As for naturalistic itineraries, there is a vast pine forest, the Roverno watercourse, the spectacular Lavagnina lakes, and even an equestrian club.

Ideal establishment for backpackers, next to amenities: restaurants, bakery, grocery store (small supermarket). Very reasonable prices to book quickly because it is in high demand. Mornese is a charming village. I was there in summer, without a car, we are well served by buses, except between August 12 and August 24 (fewer buses). I am happy, I will return.

Charming place, located in a characteristic village surrounded by greenery. The bed and breakfast, besides being completely renovated, is spotlessly clean. Angelo, the host, pays great attention to details. Every day he served us an excellent breakfast. Not to mention the super price! We will definitely come back. Vale, Mauri, and Ale.

Good location to move around going to Serravalle Scrivia for shopping, impeccable management and cleanliness, varied and abundant breakfast, in a naturalistic area.

I stayed at Il Campo dei Papaveri last December and, despite the very cold season, it was almost magical to be in a town like Mornese where tranquility inspires serenity and peace. Living in a chaotic city, it was a real cure! But what I will remember with pleasure is the warm welcome at the property made of generous courtesy but also of impeccable cleanliness and a warm and delicious breakfast. As soon as it will be possible to travel again, I plan to return, I believe it will be the optimal place to try to forget this terrible period. See you soon Mornese.

Beautiful house in a beautiful environment. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Comfortable beds. Lovely pieces of furniture. Good breakfast, served in a very pleasant room filled with air and light coming in from the balconies, and lovingly prepared by Angelo, who was just the perfect host: friendly, kind, caring, helpful and knowledgeable.

Clean rooms, tastefully and sensitively executed decoration, friendly and efficient manager, varied and abundant breakfast, beautifully restored character house, good heating, parking availability, and a restaurant ("da Jolly") with excellent Monferrato specialties. \nOne word: an address to remember and share with friends. In a very characteristic village, you can find this small bed and breakfast. Despite its location, nothing is left to chance. Its familiar tone and warm and welcoming management put everyone at ease. Well-kept rooms and abundant breakfast, in addition to the always very helpful and kind manager. We felt at home and will recommend to anyone to spend at least one night there, in a romantic and pleasant atmosphere.

A 5-star B&B. The room is warm and very well furnished. The bathroom is just right and of good quality. The cleaning is simply "maniacal", a rarity found by chance. Highly recommended. We will come back. Great price. Used to 4-star hotels, it was a nice discovery. 10 out of 10. Well done, Mr. Angelo.
