Welcome to Casa "I Castagnoni", an 18th century building which was originally a country residence of a noble Piedmontese family. The architecture reflects the traditional style of the area, including a family chapel, surrounded by a well-maintained Italian garden full of flowers.
Perched atop a hill, Casa "I Castagnoni" overlooks vast meadows and vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, offering breathtaking views in every season.
Our rooms are divided into two areas:
- In the B&B section, there are two double rooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible, and an apartment suitable for families with a kitchenette and the capacity to accommodate up to four people.
- In the agriturismo section, there are five double rooms with private facilities, decorated with antique family furniture.
For those who seek relaxation, our new Spa offers sauna hammam, emotional showers, and a Jacuzzi with the possibility to book massages and treatments performed by our expert masseurs and naturopaths.

While breakfast is always rich and substantial, the kitchen is open for lunch and dinner upon reservation, subject to availability, for those who wish to discover ancient local recipes and enjoy small gastronomic experiences.
And since Monferrato is a land of wine, Castagnoni also offers an interesting variety of Barbera, Grignolino and Chardonnay wines produced on site.

It is a charming Bed and Breakfast with a beautiful garden and pool that I did not use because I preferred to go cycling. The room was clean, furnished in style, spacious with a large recently renovated bathroom.
Excellent breakfast with very good cakes, cappuccino, and juices. The managers were kind and helpful.
They also offer electric bike rental. A very positive experience at a fair price.
