Our accommodation offers high-speed WiFi and an air conditioning system. It consists of a welcoming entrance, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress, high and soft pillows, a small office corner with a desk, a swivel Smart TV (compatible with Netflix, Prime Video, etc.), a spacious wardrobe for clothes, and a chest of drawers for linen. Additionally, you will find a hidden washing machine behind the bathroom door, so as not to take up space.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishes and cutlery, a swivel Smart TV, an oven, a refrigerator, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and an electric citrus juicer. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
From the living room, you can access a small furnished balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a pleasant outdoor space, even if small in size.

I stayed at this property with my wife for almost a week. I really enjoyed it. The structure is new, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The managers, Maurizio and Daniela, are two exquisite people, very kind, and extremely helpful for any need. Highly recommended!! I will definitely stay at this property again!!
