Description
The Casa del Folletto located in Levo just 5 km from the center of Stresa and the Borromeo Islands, is a small and characteristic detached house in stone and wood, of 55 square meters, which can accommodate up to 5 guests, with an adjoining private garage. It has a living room with TV corner and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and single pouf bed and a bathroom with shower with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. It has no kitchen and no service connected to it. All our guests will be given breakfast: you will find in the Guesthouse a selection of packaged sweet and savory baked goods, jams and hazelnut cream, cooked ham, butter, mixed yogurt, fruit juices, water, milk and you will have the opportunity to prepare yourself in addition to tea and herbal teas, coffee and cappuccino.
For an extra pampering, every morning at 8: 00 am, you will find freshly baked croissants outside the door!

The private garage and the facilities were great. We had to prepare breakfast and do the dishes ourselves. The dining area was unsuitable for five people (we stayed in the Casita). The beds were not very comfortable and the drain smelled unpleasant. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and welcome.

Buongiorno Signora, grazie innanzitutto per aver voluto lasciare la sua esperienza alla Guesthouse! Ci dispiace che , nonostante si sia sentita a proprio agio e benvenuta abbia riscontrato qualche problematica, avremmo apprezzato che ce l' avesse esposte di persona...come per lo scarico potevano intervenire, anche se troviamo strano questa cosa, perché facciamo verifiche costanti e in tutti questi anni , nessuno si è mai lamentato! Riguardo alla colazione, non offriamo servizio di "colf" ed è ben specificato che la colazione è lasciata in suite e non è a buffet...infatti lei ha soggiornato in una casa vacanza e non in un hotel o b&b! Per quanto riguarda le altre cose, ognuno naturalmente ha le proprie preferenze ma, le consiglio visto che ,la sua famiglia è composta da 5 persone tutte grandi, di scegliere la prossima volta una casa un po'più grande e comoda per voi!
