The charming and modern studio has been renovated in 2023. The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, bright, and equipped with every comfort. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet building, overlooking the inner courtyard. It consists of:

- Spacious and bright air-conditioned living/sleeping area, with a comfortable loft double bed (190x140) and a 32" Smart HD TV with Netflix subscription included, to relax during your stay.
KITCHEN
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals to the fullest.
BATHROOM
- Immaculate bathroom with a window, equipped with a comfortable and spacious shower cubicle to refresh yourself in total tranquility.

Clean and welcoming place. The loft bed is slightly uncomfortable when going up and especially when going down due to the high steps. The bathroom is not very spacious. The host is welcoming and polite. I would come back.

The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. It was practically missing nothing: hairdryer, iron, washing machine. It is taken care of in every detail. The manager, Mr. Sergio, was always exquisite and available, and he contacted us several times to understand if we had any needs or difficulties. Excellent.

Sergio was so helpful and friendly. He responded quickly to any questions. I could easily walk to multiple bus and trolley stops. Very modern cool design with a well equipped kitchen.

It was a fantastic stay! Sergio was very friendly and responsive, providing clear and precise information. Recently renovated apartment, very nice, very clean, well furnished, comfortable bed, and very fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, a short walk from the center and the metro. I really enjoyed my stay at Sergio's accommodation. Despite being a studio apartment, the space is well-structured and furnished in an intelligent way to make the environment efficient. I particularly appreciated the washer-dryer and the windowed bathroom. Sergio is a very attentive and proactive host, providing clear and detailed instructions on how the studio functions and always being available throughout the stay.
