The charming and modern studio has been renovated in 2023. The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, bright, and equipped with every comfort. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet building, overlooking the inner courtyard. It consists of:
LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
- Spacious and bright air-conditioned living/sleeping area, with a comfortable loft double bed and a 32" Smart HD TV with Netflix subscription included, to relax during your stay.
KITCHEN
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals to the fullest.
BATHROOM
- Immaculate bathroom with a window, equipped with a comfortable and spacious shower cubicle to refresh yourself in total tranquility.
To ensure a worry-free stay, here is a list of the main services and amenities at your disposal:
- 32" HD Smart TV with Netflix subscription;
- Washer-dryer;
- Iron with ironing board;
- Induction hob;
- Oven;
- Microwave;
- Kettle;

The heating is managed by a heat pump controllable via an app. I will provide you with access to independently manage the heating/air conditioning.

The property is located in Via San Donato, in the San Donato district, a few minutes walk (7 minutes) from the M1, Principi d'Acaja metro stop. This strategic location allows tourists to easily reach Turin's main attractions and enjoy the diverse culinary experiences that the city offers, with a variety of high-quality wines, dishes and ingredients from different Italian regions.
The apartment is located at:
?? 7 minutes walk (600 m) from the M1 metro stop, Principi d'Acaja, which will take you to the heart of Turin,
?? 5 minutes walk from the center of Turin,
?? 15 minutes walk from Turin Porta Susa train station,
?? 20 minutes by car from Caselle airport, the closest,
?? The Galvani bus stop n. 1729, in Via San Donato, is located right under the house and lines 29 and 59 will take you directly to Porta Susa station, Piazza Solferino and the city center. There are also other bus stops nearby: 71, 13 Navetta and 13 Tram which will take you to the center or to places of interest, the hospital complex, the Lingotto multifunctional centre, the Piedmont Region Skyscraper area and Piazza Bengasi, as well as towards the outskirts of the city.
?? You can find free parking just 400 meters from the structure, on Corso Regina Margherita (even numbered), where you can comfortably leave your car.
The location of the structure will allow you to move easily and quickly within the city, thanks to its proximity to the main transport stops.
