The recently renovated B&B Gli Elementi offers 3 rooms with a private bathroom, TV, free wifi, air conditioning or heating. You can also check-in automatically without contact with other people.

The B&B is conveniently located in the San Salvario neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from Marconi metro station and a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and the historic center of Turin.

Our neighborhood is famous for its diverse range of restaurants and bars, all within walking distance of the B&B. It's also convenient for universities, hospitals, the historic center, and Valentino Park.

The structure is new and very clean, in a quiet location just off the center, which is still reachable on foot in about twenty minutes, or in ten minutes using public transportation (very convenient subway just a few meters away). The manager, Mrs. Barbara, deserves a ten with honors as she is extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, and empathetic with the guests. Although breakfast is not among the services offered, the fully equipped kitchen always has snacks, toasted bread, jams, herbal teas, coffee, juices, and water available for guests. Recommended structure where I would gladly return!

We had a really great time at this B&B in Turin. The place is small but perfect for two people: cozy and well-kept. Excellent value for money and a really convenient location, ideal for visiting the city. A special thanks to Mrs. Barbara, the hostess: very kind, always available, attentive, and really nice. She was a pleasant presence that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the metro and tram if you don't want to walk to the city center. The host is very helpful and kind. Good value for money. Excellent welcome. Even though it was not included in the offer, water, coffee, tea, snacks, and juices were available.

The place was really nice! Better than in the pictures even. The owner cleans the rooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen everyday. Fresh towels are available, the bathroom was new and clean. Some toiletries available too but we brought our own. The room gets super warm in summer but the air conditioner saved our lives. The kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast is only sweets but you also get coffee, milk and orange juice. The apartment is 5min away from the metro station and bus stop. A lot of nice restaurants a couple of streets away (recommended by our host). The host (Barbara) was also super nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back. Thanks Barbara!

Very well maintained, highly convenient to all modes of transport in Turin. The host, Barbara, is a fantastic individual, very warm and friendly. She stocks the kitchen area, a whole lot of breakfast snacks, bread, and so on. She also cleans the apartment on a daily basis. The Metro stop, Marconi, is less than 400 m away. I spent a comfortable nine days in the apartment, commuting back and forth between a conference venue, which is also located right next to a Metro stop. On the last day of my stay, I got a glimpse of a snow capped mountain just down the road while sitting out and having coffee on the balcony.

Located in a very central area of Turin, easily reachable even by foot. Place not far from the Turin nightlife (Largo Salluzzo) but at the same time quiet. Cozy structure (like the owner Barbara), spacious, bright with all the accessories available (tv, wi-fi, hairdryer). I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 days during the Easter holiday period, we were greeted by Barbara, a very welcoming person. The Terra room with private bathroom was clean and towels were always fresh every day. Essendo entrata in camera sia al check in che il mattino dopo per le pulizie, non ho avvertito l'odore di cui parla ma comunque consiglio sempre di segnalare gli inconvenienti durante il soggiorno invece di mettere la recensione negativa dopo, perché eventualmente si potrebbero risolvere sul momento. Per la colazione, accetto volentieri consigli perché oltre a yogurt di diversi gusti, latte, succhi, caffè, tè, tisane, ginseng, fette biscottate, pane, marmellate, corn flakes di 3 tipi, 3 o più tipi di dolci da forno, non saprei cosa aggiungere, compatibilmente alla nostra struttura che è un piccolo b&b a prezzi molto competitivi. La zona non è delle migliori a Torino, specie di sera, e la distanza dal centro non indifferente. Qualche difficoltà per concordare gli orari, nel bagno della mia camera non c'era il bidet, il riscaldamento era possibile solo grazie all'aria condizionata (però fastidiosa di notte), colazione libera, solo dolce e con prodotti industriali.

Gentile Anna, la ringrazio per la recensione e mi scuso per gli inconvenienti di sabato, effettivamente con la grande affluenza avuta ho avuto alcuni problemi di gestione. Preciso solo per chi legge, tutti bagni non hanno il bidet per ragioni di spazio, è specificato nella descrizione e si vede anche nelle foto, mi dispiace averle creato un disagio. Il riscaldamento è condominiale e ho lasciato il telecomando dei condizionatori proprio perché di notte viene spento, le camere sono comunque molto calde ma in caso di necessità si può utilizzare anche quello. La zona è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, è tra le più popolari di Torino, certo la parte accanto alla stazione è variegata come in tutte le città. La ringrazio e spero di poter offrirle un soggiorno migliore la prossima volta.

Bed and breakfast located in a very convenient position just five minutes walk from the subway stop. From the outside, the impression is not the best, but the room turned out to be clean, quite large, and equipped with everything necessary. Very convenient the fact of being able to arrive at any time. The owner proved to be very kind and precise in giving us instructions on how to behave upon arrival and on the day of departure. If we were to return to Turin, we will definitely consider the possibility of staying here.

It's a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova station, 20 minutes from the city center, well connected by public transport, and close to Parco Valentino. Nice Bed and Breakfast in a great location. 5 minutes from Marconi Metro stop. Quiet area on the third floor (with elevator) of a beautiful building that shows signs of aging. Spacious room that needs a fresh coat of paint and terrace rearrangement. New bathroom. Good cleanliness but traces of paint from a previous painting job somewhat negate the results. Good breakfast selection but you have to make it yourself, which doesn't necessarily have to be a flaw but I don't like it. Perhaps, all things considered, the price is a bit high. However, it is a good Bed and Breakfast that I feel like recommending.

"You breathe a homely atmosphere". Very clean and comfortable room. Just outside the room there is a small breakfast area that maintains intimacy and makes you feel at home. The owner showed herself available and kind from the beginning, maintaining her smile, availability, and courtesy throughout the stay. The property is in a very convenient location: 5 minutes from the metro, reachable on foot in 10 minutes from Porta Nuova and, a stone's throw away, you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Room in a condominium near Porta Nuova station, on the third floor with elevator, clean and quite spacious, with a small bathroom in the room with a window, self-service breakfast with good products always available. Host Barbara was exquisite: she recommended us various restaurants and pizzerias in the area and allowed us to leave our luggage beyond the check-out time! Only flaw, subjective though: the mattress and pillows are not particularly comfortable.

Apartment in a convenient area, a few steps from the station and with a few bus stops you can reach the city center. The room is nice as well as the en-suite bathroom. Small kitchen with six stools and minimal breakfast. Poor cleanliness despite being recently renovated. Dust on the radiator heating the bathroom towels, shower profiles with dust and mold, the kitchen hood with two fingers of dust (unfortunately I am tall and I could see it well). Finally, I believe the walls are made of plasterboard or very thin and therefore you can hear everything.

Ho aspettato a rispondere perché prima volevo controllare i profili doccia e la cappa, perché a tutti può sfuggire qualcosa e noi siamo molto lontani dall'essere perfetti. Sinceramente i box doccia sono nuovissimi, non ho notato alcuna "muffetta", oltretutto il bagno viene pulito ogni giorno quindi mi piacerebbe capire dove ha visto questa "muffetta", anche lo scaldasalviette e la cappa non mi risultano con montagne di polvere, viene tutto pulito e spolverato con regolarità. La colazione, ritengo che ci sia anche più del dovuto, considerando che siamo un b&b. È chiaro che se ci si aspetta un buffet da hotel 5 stelle no, anche perché non siamo un hotel 5 stelle :-D In ogni caso la ringrazio, è stata un'occasione per fare un ulteriore check di tutti gli spazi.

The room was nice, very clean. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The person who managed our reservation was very kind and made sure everything was in order. Only downsides: the location, central, but in a neighborhood where we didn't feel very safe to walk around in the evening; and the overall condominium, quite old and not very well maintained.

Nice experience that we will repeat with extreme pleasure! Well-kept and clean environments. Kitchen available and complete with everything you need: induction hob, coffee and tea machine, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer. Cakes, sweets, milk, juices, and everything you need for excellent sweet or savory breakfasts. With the self check-in, excellently organized, you can also arrive in the middle of the night. The owner always attentive, caring, and helpful.

The area is quiet, with little traffic and very close to Porta Nuova station. The city center is easily reachable on foot and not too far away. I highly recommend the Cammafà pizzeria a few minutes walk away, as indicated by Barbara. Breakfast could be improved.

Everything perfect, we had a great time. Center reachable in a few minutes on foot like Porta Nuova station. Recently renovated apartment with private bathrooms for each room. Everything very clean and tidy. We will definitely come back.

Excellent facility, 10 minutes walk from Porta Nuova and therefore from the historic center. A stone's throw from the nightlife area but in a very quiet area. Newly renovated structure, clean and well-furnished. Breakfast very abundant complete with everything (only sweet, as is customary for Italian breakfast). Absolutely recommended.

The structure has exceeded our expectations. The apartment is located in an old building but has been completely renovated and has three very cozy rooms, all with a bathroom and TV, and a nice little kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast. It is actually a guesthouse, not exactly a B&B, but the very kind owner provided us with all sorts of goodies: fresh pastries, cookies, cereals, jam, etc. and even soy milk for my wife's sister! Everything perfect, in short. The location is not right in the center - compared to Piazza Castello or the Mole Antonelliana - but it is close to Parco del Valentino from which, walking along the river, you can pleasantly reach the center in about 15 minutes. Definitely recommended. Side note: there is a hairdryer in every room, but it has a German plug so an adapter would be needed.
