We had a good stay. The room had been vacated by the previous guests around 11:00, so it was not possible to have the room available quickly. Our arrival was at 12:00, but the house was available only from 14:30. We checked in around 18:00 even though we had a reservation at 15:30 for the Egyptian Museum. The house is clean, tidy and in a good location relative to the center and other main points. There is a metro nearby, but we did not use it because there was a problem with public transport when we arrived in the city. The area is unusual: it is not recommended to walk back at night alone; we took a taxi to return home because it was more comfortable and safer. The central heating was a godsend since it was very cold, and the extra blankets and pillows were much appreciated. The only drawback of this house: noisy and rowdy neighbors who, at any hour of the night, made it impossible to rest properly. Breakfast was included in the booking, but they forgot to provide biscuits. The host immediately took care to give us compensation, but there was still the inconvenience of having breakfast outside every morning. Overall our stay was pleasant. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp messages was very simple and above all immediate. The instructions to access the property were exhaustive and we liked the city of Turin very much.

Mi dispiace ma i vicini sono altri ospiti di altri b&b e non ho il controllo su di loro purtroppo, vi saranno capitate persone poco inclini al silenzio, non è sempre così;). Per la zona non è sconsigliato andare a piedi, non potete scrivere cose semplicemente dettate da una vostra percezione e renderle consuetudine, dovreste specificare che è stata una vostra impressione, sono 5 anni che ospito e conosco tutti della zona e non è come dici, siete in zona quasi centrale di una grande città ed è normale che ci sono delle persone di passaggio che per voi possono essere persone poco raccomandabili. Per la colazione mi dispiace, ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente ed ho provveduto immediatamente a rimborsarvi il doppio per il disguido, può succedere. Per il resto leggo che vi siete trovate bene e sono contento di ciò, se volete ritornare la prossima volta sicuramente non avrete ospiti negli altri appartamenti che vi infastidiscono e verrò io di persona per farvi vedere e capire che la zona della casa è semplicemente sicura!;).
