Passionate about history and cinema I decided to open my facility to promote Turin as a cultural destination, dedicating the name of the B&B to a distant relative being close to the Cinema Museum inside the Mole Antonelliana.

Ettore Manni B & B is located a few meters from the Roman quadrilateral, the Porta Susa station is located in one of the most central and well-known areas of Turin full of clubs and stores and not least 800 meters from the Egyptian Museum, the MAO (Museum of Oriental Art) and the Cathedral of Turin where every 2/3 years is exposed the Holy Shroud. and is 1. 3 km from the Mole Antonelliana with the Museum of Cinema inside, and finally 1. 7 km from the Polytechnic of Turin.

We were very pleased with the B&B. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Andrea was very understanding after I messed up meeting time. Everything you could need for your stay was provided including coffee, some snacks, mini fridge. For being a B&B, it felt more like an apartment as it had a small seating area with sofa. We would stay here again.

La struttura è ben posizionata e molto pulita. C’è tutto quello che serve ed è dotata di un piccolo spazio per fare colazione (dove si trovano anche ottimi prodotti per fare una colazione semplice).
Il letto matrimoniale, immagino per un discorso di igiene, ha un coprimaterasso cerato e quindi il sonno non è dei migliori (sembra di dormire sulla plastica).
Purtroppo, per quanto gli infissi siano molto belli, sono datati (su stessa ammissione del proprietario) e la strada su cui affaccia l’appartamento risulta davvero rumorosa.
Anche la stanzetta dell’ingresso dove c’è un letto singolo purtroppo risente della vicinanza alle scale condominiali (la porta di ingresso non insonorizza) e noi, forse sfortunate, abbiamo beccato vicini parecchio rumorosi durante l’orario notturno.
Con il proprietario la comunicazione non è stata molto fluida, né al check-in, né al check-out ma questo è un aspetto soggettivo.
Piccola info che io non sapevo (non so se perché non scritto o perché non ho letto bene) : non c’è l’ascensore ed è al primo piano di un palazzo antico, quindi chi ha problemi di mobilità non è facilitato.

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per la cura dei particolari, non manca niente (presente anche il kit di pronto soccorso e il diffusore per phon per capelli ricci), belle le lenzuola, letto e cuscini comodissimi, la pulizia, la posizione. Presenti per fare colazione in camera bollitore, piccolo frigo con acqua (bravissimo!) latte, succhi, burro e marmellate e cioccolate, tostapane e macchina del caffe e tutto il necessario confezionato. se si vuole pagare la colazione a parte, Tea and Roses è una pasticceria convenzionata a 50 metri assolutamente da provare per le torte buonissime e i tanti tipi di te (chiusa il lunedì). Andrea è un host molto attento, puntuale e premuroso.

La camera da noi riservata, dotata di una zona colazione ed un salottino, si presenta ricca di arredi cinematografici. Ottima qualità del riposo e pulizia generale degli ambienti; doccia spaziosa, anche se sprovvista di piani d'appoggio per le suppellettili da bagno. L'ospitalità piemontese e la cura dei dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole.
