This elegant and well-maintained apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building equipped with an elevator. This cozy accommodation offers unlimited Wifi and is situated in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the Po River and the beautiful promenade leading to the city center, nestled at the foot of the hill yet only a few minutes from the vibrant heart of the city.

Guests can take advantage of self check-in, allowing them to access the apartment independently. Free parking is available right outside the building, with the option of private covered parking in the courtyard, ideal for small cars, bicycles, and motorcycles. Additionally, two bicycles are provided for guests to explore the area.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom, an entrance hall, a large living room with a sofa bed and balcony, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave), and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It’s a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The neighborhood boasts the significant advantage of being very close to the city center (just a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute walk along the beautiful promenade by the Po River), while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, which means there are never any issues with traffic or parking. It is located near the Gradenigo Hospital (Humanitas is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the Maria Pia Clinic of GVM Hospital on Strada Mongreno). The Po River is approximately 200 meters away. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator. The area is well connected to all parts of the city with a network of green bike paths. The neighborhood is charming and lively, with a variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away, yet it remains quiet at night. About 2 km (15 minutes on foot) across the Po, you will find the new Luigi Einaudi University Campus.

Reaching the center on foot is very easy: you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the Po River (approximately 20-25 minutes depending on your pace) or use a bike on the cycle paths. The neighborhood is also well served by public transport: the bus stop is nearby (for instance, line 61 connects both the center and the train station, as well as the tramway to Sassi - Superga). Another option is tram number 15, which takes you to the center and Porta Nuova station. For those who prefer to drive, the underground parking at Piazza Vittorio is an excellent starting and stopping point for visiting the center.
