The structure is tastefully furnished, the room is large and well heated, beautiful view, excellent location just a few steps from the center and close to the station. The manager of the structure is courteous and friendly, very kind, he gave us useful information about the place and the surroundings. If I had to return to Domodossola, I would definitely book again in this structure.

I stayed at Hotel Domodossola for two nights and honestly, we had a great time. The rooms were warm and welcoming, and Mr. Luciano is a truly kind and friendly person. Without a doubt, I will come back for the next vacation.

The breakfast was not very abundant. Only sweet, no cheese etc. The rooms are very noisy, small and the street quite loud. The bathroom is not at a new standard.

Luciano, the manager, is a really pleasant person and was very helpful with us. Even though I booked at the last minute, he accommodated our needs (2 adults and 2 small children). Excellent value for money of the property, with reserved parking and a stone's throw from the center. I feel absolutely comfortable recommending this Hotel Domodossola.

Hotel Domodossola in the city center with reserved parking, very friendly and helpful staff, accurate cleaning, and affordable price. However, the rooms are now outdated and lack air conditioning. I understand the mountain environment, but providing a portable fan in 2016 for air circulation and cooling is not sufficient.

Hotel Domodossola is very well managed, about a 20-minute walk from the city center and train station. Naturally, for the affordable room rates, one does not expect a luxurious room setup, but a functional and adequate furnishing without unnecessary frills. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, somewhat intricate at times (old building) but with excellent cleaning service. The hotel is located on a fairly busy city street, which is not bothersome with the windows closed, but is clearly audible with the windows open. However, most rooms are not oriented towards the street. In the higher floors, these rooms also offer a very nice view of the surrounding mountains. The owner is very friendly and always helpful, showing a genuine interest in the well-being of his guests. That alone would be reason enough to come back! The service easily outshines much more expensive hotels. Without us even asking, we were offered a free room change to one more suitable for our needs during our stay, after the guests previously staying there had left. Upon our departure, the owner spontaneously drove us to the train station. A brief WiFi outage was promptly announced with a clearly visible multilingual notice on the street-facing entrance door, so that new guests were informed of this issue before booking a room. We have never experienced anything like this elsewhere: widely advertised WiFi that ultimately did not work, however, were abundant. Basic communication in German is possible with the hotel, but English or Italian is preferable. The response to our booking and related inquiries was consistently very good and prompt.

Although this is a B&B, it's actually a nice, no-nonsense hotel! Nice clean room with your own toilet and shower. The owner is very friendly and helpful; thank you for dropping us at the station when checking out! So kind of you. The location is about 20-25 mins walk from the station. And, if you're located on the second floor, like us, you get a nice view on the mountains. Another plus: many restaurants nearby! Hotel Domodossola - it was a nice and friendly experience. Thank you Luciano!
