New structure in the center of Cuneo, just few steps from the railway station and the Santa Croce hospital
You have three great rooms all with private bathroom, fridge, tv and wifi, and some have a large balcony.

No breakfast service.

Ideal for business or leisure stays with cinema at the supermarket: you do not even need an umbrella when it rains through the large porches.

Parking is easily accessible as all public transport.

Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

We stayed at this facility for two nights. Unexpected reality very close to Cuneo station. The facility is very well cared for and impeccable in cleanliness with a welcome and treatment that really make you feel at home. Every detail is studied and nothing is left to chance. Thanks again. Excellent location to visit the city of Cuneo and for excursions in the Maritime Alps or in the Langhe. The room is spacious and bright with a bathroom and terrace, equipped with parquet flooring and new and rational furnishings, complete with fridge and TV, as well as a space to prepare breakfast. The cleaning is excellent and daily, and the manager is very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I had a great time: the hotel has new furniture and the rooms are very clean. The owner, Marco, is an exquisite person, very kind and helpful... since my husband had physical problems, he even carried our luggage to the car. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Located in a quiet area, the accommodation impresses with its proximity to the train station and the city center. From the room with private bathroom, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the roofs of Cuneo and the surrounding mountains of Piedmont. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. An accommodation that we would choose again at any time and can recommend with a clear conscience.

I was in Cuneo, unfortunately not on vacation, but to assist a person in the hospital. The structure is convenient to services and very close to the hospital. Located in a very quiet and clean building. I rested well and the owner was very kind.
