Description

Medieval castle located on the eastern border of the Lower Monferrato, within a 22,000 sqm park and at the center of the village.

The castle features beautifully decorated rooms from the 18th and 19th centuries, furnished with antique furniture.

The castle can also be rented for the organization of public and/or private events, or for groups of people under conditions to be agreed upon. Guided tours of the rooms are included in the price of the rooms for those staying at the B&B. We are also open to guided tours for those who cannot stay overnight.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served in a room in the medioeval wing of the castle, named “Office grande” facing the inner courtyard, decorated with a wooden roof, furniture, object and porcelain of the family collection from 16th to 20th century. Breakfast will be served between 8. 00 am and 9. 30 am unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Castello Sannazzaro is a private historical house owned by the same family since 1163.

Still today count and countess Giuseppe e Letizia Sannazzaro-Natta live here and manage on top of the B&B activity, events, guided tours and an agricultural activity.

We will host you like we hosted Kings and Emperors. Just ask!
The owners will be very happy to give suggestions of what to see and how to discover the beautiful Monferrato area. Castello Sannazzaro is about an hour drive from Milan, Turin and Genoa.
