Case sul Ruscello offers you two beautiful flats located in the charming town of San Sebastiano da Po, at the foot of the Turin hills, along the VEN. TO, and along the provincial road connecting Chivasso and Cavagnolo with Casalborgone.

With special attention to accessibility, the facility guarantees comfort and hospitality for all. In fact, it is located on the ground floor with a convenient parking area in front of the entrance, thus providing extra attention for guests with disabilities.

Our houses, which elegantly combine modernity and tradition, have been carefully renovated over the past few months, offering a cosy and comfortable environment. Both flats consist of a lower floor with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and a characteristic mezzanine with additional beds. The houses are equipped with kitchen, restored bathrooms, hairdryer, TV and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

In addition, the presence of children's beds, television and a river park behind them give a touch of hospitality designed to accommodate families, business travellers and couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Thanks to its privileged location, within a few minutes' walk you can reach a large pharmacy, a well-stocked supermarket, a tobacconist's, a greengrocer's and Galla, one of Italy's most famous pastry shops. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach trattorias, restaurants and towns with all services.

All this without renouncing tranquillity and peace: the houses are located at the foot of a hill and are immersed in a river park.
