Description

Cascina Folletto is a small farm located in the heart of Frascheta, between Tortona and Novi Ligure, in Valle Scrivia. Andrea, Andreina, and Maria Rosa grow Fragole Profumate di Tortona (aromatic strawberries) and Fragole Dolci del Folletto (sweet strawberries) with passion, along with Ceci di Merella (chickpeas) and Zafferano della Frascheta (saffron). They also produce and package tasty preserves in their laboratory that delight the taste buds of foodies. Lastly, they welcome guests to their beautiful late-1700s house for a few days of relaxation in their Bed & Breakfast, for a Mountain Bike ride in Parco del Torrente Scrivia or for a tour to discover the food and wine wonders of the area.

It is a very nice place. Helpful host, nice garden and nice room. They also serve paid dinner and breakfast. The dinner is good, but the breakfasts are very good and tasty. If you like a quest good place to stay for some nights, this is your place.

The location is strategic, very quiet, in the open countryside. Andreina welcomed us with open arms and pampered us with excellent dishes and a superb breakfast! We will definitely come back gladly.

Definitely positive experience. The structure is beautiful, the rooms are carefully detailed and hospitality is at home. Mrs. Andreina is very kind and attentive to the needs of her customers. Fantastic place, lovely location, exceptionally friendly people running Cascina Folletto. The food was the best meal provided during our stay in five different locations in both France and Italy. The meal was delicious, as was the wine, and the service was very, very genial. Thank you for a most memorable and pleasurable stay.

Truly up to expectations, a place very well cared for in detail and very clean. Endless courtesy and availability of the managers. Exquisite food. It is impossible to leave without having purchased wine from their production or homemade jams.
