Cascina delle Signore B&B (Women’s Farm B&B)
Located just 3km from the A7 Milan/Genoa motorway, just a 25 minute drive from Genoa and less than one hour from Milano, this old eighteenth-century farmhouse, placed at the foothills of the green Borbera valley and surrounded by fields and rolling countryside, welcomes its guests with both intimacy and discretion.
A few minutes from the Cascina you can reach various gastronomic, historical and cycling itineraries such as visits to the historic cellars, to the Slow Food presidia of the area, to the castles and villages of Lower Piedmont and Liguria and trips on the cycle paths called "The roads of Fausto and Serse Coppi".
The structure has retained all its rustic charm: the ancient barns and the porches overlooking the large flowery yard. A part of the Cascina is now used as a Bed & Breakfast. The rooms respect the harmony and architecture of the historical piedmont houses which were built around the original peasant’s rural dwellings.
The interiors are characterized by vaulted ceilings, old beams, marble fireplaces and with original flooring of cement tiles, typical of the area and they all overlook the fields and hills surrounding the house. A living room where you can read or watch television is available to guests.
Breakfast is served in the old kitchen, whilst when weather permits, it can be served outside under the vine-covered pergola where there is also a relaxation zone with parasols and outdoor sofa and armchair.
The remaining part of the house, previously occupied by farm workers, is today used by the current owners who have owned the whole property since 1920.
In the green spaces around the Cascina, guests are also made available the swimming pool (m. 8 x m. 5; depth cm. 120) equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs, the large ball court, table tennis and the game of bowls. It is also possible to go jogging along the many paths that surround the Cascina and at 1. 5 km. there is the “Bolle Blu” Water Park.

We serve an “Italian” breakfast. Various drinks are available on request: milk, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. The buffet then includes fruit juices, bread, hot croissants, rusks and wholemeal rusks, various type of cookies, jam, cheese, honey, yoghurt, cereals and seasonal fruits.
It is served in the main kitchen or, in case of fine weather, under the pergola in front of the house.
It’s possible, on request made either on arrival or, better, at the time of booking, to prepare a rich breakfast for people with carious type of food allergies and intolerances.

My name is Camilla. I wanted to continue the activity of B&B after my grandmother and my mother. This is why our B&B is called "Cascina delle Signore" (“Women’s Farm”). I am a former athlete of the national alpine ski team but above all I am in love with 360 ° sport and nature. I will be happy to welcome you in the peace and serenity of our Cascina but, if you want, I can accompany you on excursions by electric road bike or mountain bike or show you walks in our valleys and other curiosities. I can also organize tastings in the cellars of the area to discover the wines of Tortonese or Gavese. In short, they are at your disposal to make your stay more enjoyable.

A family house of great charm, refined in its interior and exterior decoration, which honors the guests. The old residential part of this winery was entirely dedicated to us, including the kitchen and the living room. The welcome is warm and breakfast superb. A jump in the pool, located just outside, is also planned. A very beautiful stop in our journey in Piedmont.
