Welcome to the B&B Cascina Bringin.

In the heart of the Langhe Monregalese surrounded by vineyards and meadows that shape the surrounding hills, is situated an elegant house of '600 carefully restored by the current owners who have two apartments for hospitality.

On the ground floor you can stay in a charming, rustic apartment suitable for up to 3 people.

On the first floor you will be accommodated in the heart of the stately home where you will find two large bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

For those who prefer modern solutions we have prepared a lovely apartment well furnished and equipped, in the center of Mondovi, suitable for the needs of work, study or for a nice weekend, convenient services and the visit to the architectural and scenic beauty Monregalese.

The breakfast moment is particularly enjoyable because it allows us to interact with our guests and offer them typical products from the region, which we mostly cultivate and transform following old recipes of the peasant tradition.

We have banned large-scale distribution, which favors low costs and standardizes all flavors.

Our focus is on enhancing the goodness, typicality, and authenticity that are present here: sourdough bread made with organic flour from our ancient grains, baked in a wood-fired oven, jams made with fruit we produce and organic cane sugar, and local sweets that follow the seasons.

My name is Caterina, I taught in an Agrarian High School for a long time which inspired in me a love of nature and peasant life. I take care of the flowers and my "Noah's Ark" and I like to make dessert based on traditional recipes that are baked in the wood oven to offer them to my guests at breakfast.

Welcomed with the utmost cordiality and availability from the first moment by Mrs. Rina, the owner, who did not miss any service for us. Rich savory and sweet buffet for breakfast with fresh and homemade local products, personalized according to needs. Spacious and clean rooms. Quiet area with excellent view of the Cuneo hills. We spent 3 wonderful days in Mondovì, and the house and the hospitality of Rina and Beppe played a big role. It was a very beautiful experience. The residence is magnificent, close to the city but in the countryside, nestled in the hills full of beauty and serenity facing Mondovì. The rooms/apartments are beautiful and tastefully furnished by Rina and Beppe to enhance the ancient elements. The welcome is excellent and the breakfast is royal, with regional specialties prepared by Rina. An exceptional place, where we will return to take the time to visit this region of Italy. Charming B&B in a quiet atmosphere, not very far from the city center. Ideal place to spend a weekend or as a base for holidays in the Langhe. Rich breakfast and above all Rina and Beppe are full of hospitality.

The historic house is restored like a listed building and conveniently refurbished. It is situated in a beautiful scenery on the countryside and at the same time near traditional and modern facilities like street markets, shopping centers, cathedrals and sanctuaries around Mondovi. Langhe, Liguria, the Alps and the riverside lowlands are all nearby. Above all, Rina and Beppe are most hospitable hosts.
