Emanuele welcomes his guests with the warmth and passion of someone who is deeply connected to his land. Growing up among his family's vineyards and hazelnut groves, he made the decision to revitalize his great-grandparents' farmhouse, turning it into a place of genuine hospitality rooted in tradition.

After pursuing studies far removed from agriculture, he chose to return to the countryside and dedicate himself to the family business, transitioning the crops to organic methods and restoring the authentic spirit of the area. Today, he shares his knowledge of the region and the beauty of working in the fields with his guests, guiding them on walks through the vineyards and hazelnut orchards while enthusiastically narrating the history and secrets of these hills.

His unobtrusive yet attentive presence makes every guest feel like a part of the farmhouse, fostering a familial atmosphere where attention to detail and a love for nature are evident in every action.
