Before immersing yourself in the colors and scents of the Porta Palazzo market or being fascinated by the mysteries of ancient Egypt or enchanted by the film stories that the Cinema Museum tells, indulge in a breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked fragrant bread, and still warm brioches.

Our breakfast includes: brioches, bread, butter, jam, yogurt. From the Porta Palazzo market, we have oranges for fresh juice, bread with sesame from young Moroccan bakers, sweet bread with seeds, brioches with jam, cream, and chocolate. Coffee, milk, tea, or herbal teas are also available.

The breakfast costs 5 euros per person.

I really like Morocco, that much is clear! The name of the B&B comes from the neighborhood where it is located, which has seen significant transformations and changes in social composition over the past hundred years: it is now a beautiful mix of cultures, with a predominant Moroccan Maghrebi influence.

I have returned to Turin, my city, after 15 years of managing the accommodation facility I founded, "Il lato azzurro," in Venice. It was beautiful there, but I missed the colors and flavors of a big city.

And Turin did not disappoint me!

Wonderful stay in Turin thanks to the accommodation at Casablanca. The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment is well maintained, spacious, with an excellent bed and overlooks a courtyard that I find very beautiful. At night you sleep well; during the day the neighborhood is lively and on Saturdays there is a market. The center is a short walk away and the station is only 25 minutes on foot. If I return to Turin I will stay at Casablanca again. Thank you.

Economic accommodation, but with somewhat low standards. The bed is not very comfortable and has a dip toward the center. The room is clean but a bit old and really deserves renovation. The host is helpful: we left our luggage in the room to pick it up later, but you can hear every noise from the adjoining kitchen (there is actually a door that connects the room to the host's home), which reduces privacy. The room is in a very popular central area but, in our experience, quiet.

Good value for money; however, there are some drawbacks. Ultimately, it is not a dangerous area but certainly an unpleasant street, dirty and full of graffiti. After walking 2-3 minutes, you are in a good location again. For the price, it is a fair trade. The host is fine.

Superb experience. Emanuele, the owner of the B&B, has an innate kindness! The room is very comfortable and I am convinced that when traveling, even if the accommodation chosen is not utilized 100% as you are exploring the city, it is important to feel comfortable in the environment where you stay. Indeed, my friend and I had a wonderful time and rested like gods. The area is very convenient for reaching the center on foot, and nearby there is the huge Porta Palazzo market. There are also several means of transport that connect more distant parts of the city. I am very happy because this B&B helped make this first visit to Turin something unforgettable ❤️ The only service I did not evaluate is the breakfast because we did not take advantage of it, but for the rest, everything was perfect.

Excellent welcome in a dynamic and vibrant multicultural neighborhood, just steps away from the main squares and points of interest in beautiful Turin. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the breakfast was good too. I really appreciated the possibility of bringing our little dog with us without paying any extra charge. The structure would need to be renovated in various aspects. However, everything is compensated by the proximity to the center of Turin, which can be easily reached on foot (10 minutes) or by public transport (tram stop two minutes away), and by the affordable price. The owners are kind and helpful, but when I reported that the heating was not working, they dismissed me with the classic "we'll let you know," which never happened.

We were greeted by Emanuele's son Mehdi, who was really nice and friendly. The room is quite large and clean, and the decoration is pretty. We had a very nice stay in Torino, and the fact that the location is near the center really helps to reach quickly every part of the city. The only downside is the neighborhood, which is a bit of a dodgy area, but a one-minute walk leads you to the market and the fancy center of the city; and the fan that is hard to plug. So it's quite minor... I would really recommend!

I think, overall, the price is fair and the owner is very kind. However, regarding the location, the area does not offer a good view of Turin, as it is quite dirty and messy. Nevertheless, no one bothers you. As for the room, I believe the owner could make a bit more effort to make the guest feel comfortable, without requiring much investment. There is a door that connects to a neighboring house and the balcony is shared. We believe the most important thing is for people to feel safe and comfortable. The lighting is low during the night, which indicates a decline in the atmosphere. We must admit it was not one of the best B&B experiences we've had, but it was not one of the worst either.

The room is in line with the description, clean and equipped with what is needed. Perhaps I would modernize the furniture a bit. The building is located in a multi-ethnic neighborhood and very close to Porta Palazzo market and the central market. Very kind owners and available even for check-in and check-out outside of regular hours. Another flaw, the building is a bit noisy. Breakfast not tried. B&B located in the Porta Palazzo area, a truly central area because it's very close to the main monuments of Turin. The interior of Casablanca is spacious, furnished in Moroccan style, with a large double bed, private bathroom, anteroom, and balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. WiFi is free, and I really appreciated having a fan. The only negative note is that there was no toilet paper. But apart from this, I slept very well, the staff was a bit absent, but I still appreciated their friendliness, the apartment is clean, tidy, and at a really affordable price. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely come back!

A very nice Bed and Breakfast, in Moroccan style, right behind Porta Palazzo, very close to Piazza Castello and other historical areas of interest, a large room with table and sofa, a small terrace for smoking, bathroom with shower and bidet. The owner is very friendly, kind, and helpful, even though we had not planned for breakfast, he left a kettle for tea, fruit juices, jams, and rusks in the room.

I slept only one night at the bed and breakfast Il Cielo sopra Torino, which is part of the apartments circuit that also includes Casablanca, in the Porta Palazzo area. Murida, the host, was very kind and super helpful. The room was large, bright, spacious, and clean. In short, I do not exclude that, if I need it, I will return there.

We stayed in the blue room at the Casablanca, located in Via Priocca 8, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Castello. The location is great for its convenience to the center, but the area is not nice (full of questionable people and drug dealers around, already visible around 10-10:30 pm, a normal time to return after dinner in the center). The room is clean and essential (two chairs instead of bedside tables, a wardrobe with only one hanger, a small table). The bathroom is tiny but functional, although the shower head instead of a bidet didn't work (and if it did, we would have flooded the bathroom), I would have preferred an additional support point. The owner is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for its convenient location, cleanliness of the rooms with private bathroom, and good value for money (48 € for two nights) as a base for a weekend. The only downside is the need not to return too late in the evening to avoid unpleasant encounters (we got scared at one point seeing drug dealers every two steps trying to approach).

The manager is a smart 'citizen of the world', the B&B is located in a key area of the city (Egyptian Museum, Holy Shroud, Mole, etc.), the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and spacious. The strengths of the structure are, in my opinion, the convenience of being able to reach the city center on foot (as well as the bus and tram stops near the structure) but above all the friendliness of the staff, always available and very courteous. Breakfast is agreed upon directly upon arrival according to one's preferences, as far as I am concerned it has always been plentiful (croissants, bread, jams, orange juice, moka coffee, milk, and yogurt). The B&B is located in a multi-ethnic neighborhood, a stone's throw from numerous restaurants of various kinds.

Nice, simple, and clean room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in another room, located in front of the bedroom: in my opinion, inconvenient, as every time you needed the bathroom, you had to leave the room and open the bathroom door, which made a noisy sound that surely disturbed the other guests. As for breakfast, nothing to complain about: abundant and genuine, consisting of croissants, very fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, milk, and orange juice. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the lady who welcomed us rushed us a bit at the check-out time, which was set for 12, as the next guests had arrived. It would have been enough to agree the night before, and we would have been willing to leave the room earlier to allow her to prepare it peacefully.

Beautiful and spacious room, warm and bright. Just outside the quadrilateral, with buses and trams conveniently going in every direction. Excellent bathroom with sink separated from shower and toilet, and the supply of all kinds of soaps. I couldn't open the wardrobe, but I would return for the location, the price and the service in general.

Very central point for any tourist excursion. Modest but more than satisfactory location with bathroom not in the room but reserved for the room. Great host, availability and friendliness. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

We stayed two nights in the room inside the apartment, everything very clean and comfortable. The manager was immediately very helpful and, even though not present, entrusted us to the very kind son. The property is in the center of Porta Palazzo square, easily reachable from the station. We did not have breakfast but we could see the breakfast of the other guests, fresh and abundant. Extremely positive experience to be repeated.

Truly a stunning place very close to the center. The owner is kind and makes you feel at ease. The "Morocco" room is large, clean and welcoming. The location is optimal, no noise can be heard even though it's in the center. Breakfast is served in the room with freshly bought warm croissants, bread, jam, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Really recommendable for stays.

Great location for getting around, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and the quality/price ratio is really excellent. I cannot review the breakfast, as I did not use it, but great friendliness in the welcome and Porta Palazzo market, one of the largest in Europe, practically behind the house. Definitely recommended.

I cannot express a judgment on the breakfast, as it was not included in my package. The manager is a very accommodating person to the needs of the guests. The structure is located in Porta Palazzo and can be reached from Porta Nuova station with tram number 4, while from Porta Susa with the metro connection to Porta Nuova. Nothing to complain about, it is a pity that the wifi connection works poorly in the room. One must move to the common area.

I stayed at the B&B Casablanca with my girlfriend for one night and I must say it was a very positive experience. Upon our arrival, Claudia, a friend of the owner, was there to welcome us. She was very kind and helpful and the room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We decided not to have breakfast so we cannot give a judgment. The apartment is very close to the center (Royal Palace), about 10 minutes on foot and is easily reachable from the station by tram. Very good value for money.

The B&B Casablanca is in an excellent position to visit the center of Turin, which is just over ten minutes away on foot. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that it is one of the few that offers a discount to holders of the B&B card. The room and bathroom were clean, with everything necessary. The owner was not present during our stay but entrusted us to the gentle hands of Claudia, who in the morning, in addition to the usual breakfast, treated us to a fantastic Moroccan cake that we will not easily forget. We stayed in the Chefchaouen room which is located inside the house but nonetheless secluded and with a private bathroom. We felt really good. Emanuele, the manager, is really kind and helpful and made us feel at home. The neighborhood, with its huge market, is lively, vibrant, full of colors and scents and very close to the center and the main attractions of Turin.

The structure is small, but welcoming and clean and above all immersed in a neighborhood (near the center) beautiful although little known by the classic tourist. Owner very welcoming, friendly and with very good advice. He is a writer and knows the city in which he resides very well. He can therefore advise you on what to see and what to eat. He recommended a Moroccan restaurant where we received a very warm welcome and where the prices were very reasonable. He gives you the choice for breakfast, which is served at the exact time you requested. Apartment located near Place de la République, where we had a market every day. A little noise in the evening, but well, we are in the city.
