Our villa, located on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, is called Casabella - Lago Maggiore (B&B Bed and Brunch), whose name is in line with that of the most authoritative architecture magazine in the world, of which you will find in the library of the house almost half a century of collection is kept.
The Casabella - Lago Maggiore Bed and Breakfast is in a 1929 villa, with garden, located in the residential area of ??Lesa, between Arona and Stresa, between villas and gardens, 150 meters from three beautiful beaches on Lake Maggiore, one of which has snack bar, umbrellas and deck chairs.
Recently renovated with contemporary interiors, this Bed & Breakfast houses a living collection of 20th-century master designs, whose signature is engraved in much of its furnishings.
You will find yourself immersed in an atmosphere of art and good music, which you will also discover attentive to the pleasures of the throat.
In Casabella - Lago Maggiore we offer you bright and quiet rooms, all equipped with private bathroom/shower, with furnishings in a modern and attractive style, with fine finishes. They also have independent access from the garden, and are equipped with a kitchenette, free wi-fi and every other comfort.
Arriving by car you can park your car in the garden of our house.
We also offer you the option between "room without breakfast" and "room with breakfast", pointing out the price differences in the "our rooms" section.
Each room has a private garden, but you can also enjoy the garden of our house to relax, read, rest or play.
Right next to Casabella, Sporting Lesa offers you a large gym, in a beautiful 1950s green setting, a Turkish bath, tennis courts and, in summer, an Olympic swimming pool with a 5-metre trampoline.
Canoe, sailing and motor boat rental services are available nearby. You can also walk to a supermarket for food and beverage purchases. As for restaurants and pizzerias, you will be spoiled for choice!

The owners of the house, Flavia and Enrico, are spouses full of interests and capable of pleasant hospitality.
They have been living in Lesa for almost 18 years, ever since they arrived here from Milan, after having bought and renovated the villa in which they host you, which they call Casabella-Lago Maggiore.
The owner/manager Enrico is a professional architect who designed and built the complete renovation of Casabella in 2006, and furnished the rooms using his own collection of original contemporary design pieces, works of art and numerous books and records that make it the background everywhere.
Today he also personally intervenes in the morning breakfasts, introducing just enough creativity and culinary flair, so as to make them special and unforgettable.

We stayed over Easter and enjoyed very much staying at Casabella.
We stayed in the souterrain apartment, It was quiet and equipped for all our needs. Our son (almost 2 years old) could run in the garden.
The area is lovely with a lot of villas with impressive gardens.
To the lake it`s 5 minutes walk.
To Lesa centre (it`s a small town) it's 15 minutes walk.
Ours hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They were really relaxed concerning our lively son.
The breakfast was enormous and very tasty.
We certainly would like to come back again with more time.

Homely, welcoming and well positioned for easy walk into Lesa. Varied types of restaurants in the village from simple pizzeria to high class Italian restaurant, all very good value for money so eating close to the B&B was never a problem.
Host was extremely helpful with advice and brochures about places to see locally and further afield.
Breakfast was superb with all types of eggs you could wish for superbly cooked plus excellent coffee!
Exceptional value for money when compared with other B&Bs or hotels in the area.
Would definitely recommend.

Es entsprach alles unseren Vorstellungen. Einzig das W-Lan war schlecht in unserer Cottage. Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolle Einrichtung auf kleinstem Raum. Alles da was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigen könnte.
Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, deshalb hierzu keine Bewertung. Nur ca10 min nach Stresa, wo es Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. Achtung! Das Restaurant in Lesa im Pavillon war eine Katastrophe!

Gli oggetti devono fare compagnia e così in questo Bed and Breakfast tutto sembra essere deliziosamente al posto giusto. L'edificio, una villa storica degli anni '30 ristrutturata nel rispetto dell'esistente, nasconde all'interno una collezione invidiabile di libri ed oggetti di design che, insieme all'estrema gentilezza dei proprietari, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Apprezzatissimi i suggerimenti di Enrico sulle mete da visitare, squisita la colazione preparata in casa un dettaglio rimasto nel cuore? La scala interna in acciaio e legno, fra stampe, verde e riviste di settore.

Posto tranquillo ideale per rilassarsi a due passi dal lago Maggiore.
