I actually stayed at the facility. Mr. Daniele proved to be a very helpful person, with real-time responses to the questions we asked him. The facility is well maintained, very recent, and has covered parking (not a detail with these temperatures) next to the facility, secured with a closed gate. Mr. Daniele welcomed us personally as early as the morning of December 27th, giving us the keys and leaving the accommodation at our disposal immediately. The only negative note is perhaps the context of the buildings surrounding the building where the bed and breakfast is located. The bed and breakfast is located in the internal courtyard of a group of social housing buildings. Let's say that as a place to stay for the evening and to warm up during the day, it was an excellent solution.

In a beautiful city, a beautiful accommodation, clean, comfortable, in a central location, with a super kind manager. We reached the Christmas markets in 5 minutes on foot and with the manager's suggestions also the ice skating rink. Highly recommended! As far as we are concerned, if we were to return to Asti, we would definitely go to Casa Vacanze San Rocco.

The owner, Mr. Daniele, and his wife were very kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Not only that, given my late arrival, Mr. Daniele came to pick me up at the station and was always ready to make my stay optimal by helping me solve any minor difficulty, even the most trivial. The cleanliness is optimal, and I believe it is an accommodation that can be used on every occasion, whether you are a solo traveler, a couple, or a family. Breakfast is not provided, but everything is available to make it either independently or at the nearby bar. The location is quite central and close to the historic center, although the concept of distance may depend on the reason for coming to Asti and the places you need to go. In summary, worth returning.

I have been to Casa Vacanze San Rocco recently, I left it on December 6th, I spent 3 nights there and I had a great time. Impeccable cleanliness, warm and welcoming accommodation but above all the kindness and availability of Mr. Daniele is unmatched. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it to everyone for your stays in Asti.

The apartment was equipped with all the necessary comforts, spacious and well maintained. We also found it very pleasant as a central place in the city, with convenient services nearby and at the same time quiet, in the historic center. We will come back in the future.
