Il proprietario, il signor Daniele, e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti ed ospitalissimi. Non solo, visto il mio arrivo in tarda serata, il sig. Daniele mi è venuto a prendere alla stazione, ma è stato sempre pronto a rendere il soggiorno ottimale aiutandomi a risolvere ogni minima difficoltà, fosse anche la più banale. La pulizia ottimale e ritengo che sia un alloggio di cui potersi avvalersi in ogni occasione e sia se si è viaggiatori singoli che in coppia o con famiglia. La colazione non è prevista, ma c'è tutto per farla o in autonomia o al bar a due passi. La posizione è alquanto centrale e a ridosso del centro storico, sebbene il concetto di distanza possa dipendere dal motivo per cui si viene ad Asti e dai luoghi in cui ci si deve recare. In sintesi da ritornare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura dell'appartamento è curata, il bagno è ampio. È vicino al centro e i proprietari sono persone molto cortesi.

Sono stata alla Residenza San Rocco poco fa, l'ho lasciata il 6 dicembre, ci ho passato 3 notti e sono stata benissimo. Pulizia impeccabile, alloggio caldo e accogliente ma soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Daniele non ha pari. Ritornerò sicuramente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti per i vostri soggiorni in Asti.

Ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Daniele e della moglie Patrizia. L'appartamento, accogliente e molto curato nella pulizia, è dotato di tutti i confort. L'allocazione dà la possibilità di raggiungere in pochissimi minuti sia il centro della città che la stazione ferroviaria. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort necessari, spazioso e ben tenuto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche come posto centrale in città, servizi comodi nelle vicinanze e nel contempo tranquillo, nel centro storico. Ci ritorneremo in futuro.

La struttura ricettiva è di altissima qualità per ogni suo arredo e, soprattutto, per la squisita - in tutti i sensi, compreso quello enogastronomico - gentilezza del gestore sig. Daniele, della sua signora e di tutta la famiglia (davvero memorabile una serata trascorsa insieme sulle colline di Vigliano). L'accoglienza che mi è stata riservata e il conseguente rapporto di amicizia che ne è nato - infatti sono ad Asti per lavoro - confermano ancora di più la bontà della scelta di Casa vacanza San Rocco.

Le soluzioni che offre la casa vacanze San Rocco rispondono ad ogni esigenza. La posizione della struttura è strategica, vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. Gli appartenenti sono nuovi e curati, si affacciano su un cortile comune ad altre abitazioni, in cui si può usufruire di un posto auto. Si incontrano persone gentili, ma soprattutto il sig. Daniele e la moglie Patrizia sono molto cortesi e disponibili, un riferimento per qualsiasi cosa.

Posto bello e molto accogliente. In particolar modo, il signor Daniele e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e attenti ad ogni mia esigenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente ottimo. Negli appartamenti non manca davvero nulla. Mi sono trasferita ad Asti per lavoro e il signor Daniele, sua moglie e la casa vacanze mi hanno fatto sentire a casa fin da subito. Laura Minerva.
