Our bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the medieval historic center of Lerma, in a privileged position with a breathtaking view. "Casa Niva" is a prestigious dwelling where you can immerse yourself in the scents of our past, a historic palace that combines the charm of history with modern comforts.

We offer three double rooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and we are happy to welcome your pets. Additionally, we have a fully fenced and secure garden where they can run freely.

In the surroundings of Lerma, you can find enchanting cycling routes, streams, and dreamy natural pools. Furthermore, the territory offers gastronomic excellence that will enrich the experience at Casa Niva.

Breakfast will be self-service, we offer guests an espresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine and a toaster. There will be quality packaged products as well as local jams and honeys. the typical Genoese focaccia from the adjacent bakery will also be provided. Fresh seasonal fruit and fruit juices will also be provided. The opening hours will be from 8. 00 to 10. 00 with possible variations for particular needs.
