CASA MARVITA, NATURE AND COMFORT AT THE GATES OF CUNEO
Casa Marvita bed and breakfast, just slightly more than 1 km far from the historic center of Cuneo, is peacefully immersed into the River Park of Cuneo, near the confluence of the Stura and Gesso rivers. It is a totally and tastefully refurbished country house, ideal to spend a holiday or few days, even for a business trip, in the quietness of a protected area, in the “green lung” of the city.
Casa Marvita is few hundred meters far from “Madonna della Riva” Sanctuary and from the city museums (Civic Museum, San Francesco and Diocesan Museum), the Toselli Theatre, the Civic Tower, Contrada Mondovì and the suggestive shopping arcades of the city center; Piazza Galimberti and via Roma, the pedestrian heart of the historical downtown with its recently facelifted elegant palaces facades, where the typical street market takes place every Tuesday.
City Guides, as well as itineraries in the neighbourhoods or throughout the Alpine valleys surrounding Cuneo, are available at the B&B; also, those who are interested may be provided with information and suggestions about activities, services, events, food and wine.
A step away from the city and, at the same time, in a natural environment: a unique place for walking, cycling, running, with its direct access to the trails of the River Park, and -why not- to enjoy a “picnic breakfast” on the Stura river side! During a walk, or just watching outside your bedroom window, you can easily sight roe-deers and herons.
At Casa Marvita you will overnight in comfortable and modern rooms: each of them has independent entrance, and is equipped with private bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, wooden roof with visible beams, and offer free Wi-Fi connection. The cosy Breakfast Room is furnished and decorates with a country-style look, while outside you may enjoy a huge garden with solarium; parking place into the property, all fenced.

A great holiday thanks to Paolo and Alessandra, the owners. Very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable, surrounded by greenery and very close to the center of Cuneo. We hope to return soon.

Splendid bed and breakfast, very well taken care of in every detail both outside and in our room with a living room, kitchen, and TV. Super equipped bathroom and double bedroom with excellent linen. What can I say, everything perfect. Large room, well furnished, super comfortable. Paolo and his wife are very kind, and the peach cake? Amazing. Don't forget to go to the river, peace and fresh water. I'll definitely come back.

Casa accogliente in un contesto coreografico suggestivo per chi apprezza il verde e la natura. I gestori sono cordiali e premurosi nel soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza dell'ospite.
La camera è veramente pulita e confortevole e la sala dedicata alla colazione può essere utilizzata per qualsiasi altra necessità dotata di microonde e vettovaglie.
Per la colazione si apprezza la varietà di proposte: dallo yogurt al pane con diverse marmellate, cereali, torte e frutta. Unico suggerimento nelle torte artigianali usare il burro e non la margarina.

Halte d'une nuit sur la route du retour. Une très jolie maison, très bien rénovée et tout confort. Un charme incroyable et des propriétaires juste comme il faut: aussi sympathiques que discrets. Le centre ville de Cuneo est à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un excellent petit-déjeuner nous a permis de bien commencer la journée avec croissants, tarte maison et bien d'autres choses. Bref, une adresse précieuse qui donne envie de revenir pour découvrir cette jolie région encore loin des gros flux touristiques.
