I stayed at this B&B expecting an accommodation that meets the basic services typical of this type of lodging; however, the experience proved deeply disappointing in many respects. To help choose, I had also consulted existing reviews, although not recent, which no longer reflect the current situation. The property is run by a couple: the initial phone contact is with the husband, while on-site management is handled by the wife. It is located just outside Asti, on a hillside; this is not a problem for guests with a car. What initially seemed like a simple, adequate solution fell short of the most basic expectations. Online descriptions mention a renovated room, but it remains unclear what was actually improved compared with the original state. The room is spacious but gives a general impression of neglect. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, and the shower was poorly functioning, with the water draining very slowly. On arrival I also noticed obvious signs of rough cleaning: the sink surface was still covered with droplets and the mixer tap did not appear properly sanitized. The terrace, although large, is shared with the entire floor, which significantly reduces privacy. The common areas do not improve the overall impression. The dining room looked poorly cared for and during my stay I even saw a cockroach on the floor (I have photographic evidence). The refrigerator had dirty shelves and the small oven was scattered with crumbs; these conditions remained unchanged throughout my stay. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing element. What is shown in promotional images is clearly misleading: no variety, no assortment, no choice. Every morning a minimal set was left on the table consisting of a brandless packaged snack, two sealed rusks, a single-portion jam and a fruit juice. In the refrigerator there was one yogurt per person, with no alternatives, following a rather strict "take it or leave it" approach. Even for water, no attention was paid to preferences: one day only sparkling water was available. The product quality was clearly low-end, typical of discount supermarkets. The cocoa-cream biscuit was available only if choosing the sweet breakfast, while the small jar of the same cream was provided on only one day. The jar moreover had a partially torn label and was therefore hard to read. There was no trace of the homemade jams mentioned in the listing. On arrival, after reading about the availability of a savory breakfast, I asked if it would be possible to have it the following day. The answer was rather vague: I was told that due to a commitment it would not be feasible. The next day I was nevertheless offered a basic solution: scrambled eggs, two slices of toast and, separately, some portions of cheese, cooked ham and packaged salami. Again, there were no local products, which one might expect from an establishment in that area. The most unpleasant moment occurred on the last morning. During breakfast, the owner remained seated at the table for the entire meal, with the receipt already visible and ready for immediate payment because she had to go out. The situation was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable, as if my stay were unwelcome. I later reported that I had difficulty sleeping because of their dog, which barked for a long time during the night. The response was evasive and not open to discussion: I was told they had not noticed any noise and that the animal had probably reacted to some external stimulus, without real acknowledgment of the disturbance reported. Overall the experience did not meet expectations in several respects: general condition, hospitality, level of services and consistency of the information provided. I cannot recommend it.

B&B with very large rooms and a more than livable kitchen. Very helpful managers with check-in and check-out. Breakfast with delicious homemade typical products. I felt very good and if I am in those areas again I will definitely return. Thank you!

Exceptional owners. Excellent hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the panoramic Monferrato by motorcycle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything and for your delicacies prepared with your hazelnuts.

From 1 to 10 I give it a 9 because it's really beautiful. New apartments, wonderful silence, a family that puts all their passion into what they do. A breakfast from another era with jams and bread made by them and much more. We will definitely come back.

B&B immersed in nature and quiet. Convenient location to reach Asti quickly. Breakfast is self-service in the ground floor kitchen; with very good hazelnut-based products made by them. In fact, they also have a shop but I didn't have the opportunity to buy anything because it was still closed when I left. My room is very spacious on the ground floor. I slept well, the only noise I heard was that of the ducks. I had to pay in cash and I was not given any receipt.

Simple location but very affordable, review furniture and supply of sheets and towels.
