The building housing the residence is one of the oldest and most valuable properties, as its construction dates back to the late 18th century, and it is located in the heart of the historic center of Montà (Cuneo, Italy).
The residence consists of six apartments, three one-bedroom and three studio apartments, two of which (a studio and a one-bedroom on the ground floor of the structure) are designed to accommodate disabled guests. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious living room with kitchen and relaxation area, an independent bathroom with shower. The one-bedroom apartments also have a double bedroom. The apartments are equipped with: television, kitchen accessories, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. Additionally, bed linen (sheets, blankets), towels, and bath towels are provided. Upon request, cribs and high chairs for children can be provided.
The structure also has an internal courtyard with the possibility of reserved parking and is covered by a wireless network for internet connection.
Pets are allowed with prior communication.
The residence is open all year round. Discounts are available for those who stay for periods longer than one month.
Check-in time: from 4 pm to 8 pm; check-out by 10:30/11 am. In case of check-out outside of these hours, please contact the owner.

The lady was very kind and very nice. The room was very nice, well-kept and clean, you didn't suffer from the cold at all. Great location. Convenient parking. I highly recommend it. Breakfast is not included but the lady was so kind as to provide tea and coffee in the room and some food for those who wanted a light breakfast. If someone wanted a croissant and a cappuccino, however, the town has great bars.

Excellent simple and comfortable structure. I would make some changes to breakfast, only toast, cookies and single-portion jam, a bit sad. However, staying only one night, it was not a big problem for us.

Il cestino che lascio a disposizione con fette biscottate, marmellatine, the, zucchero, caffè, acqua nel frigorifero è puramente un atto di cortesia verso i miei ospiti, mi dispiace che l'abbia trovato "un pò triste". Con 50€ A notte per due persone, più il lettino per il bambino gratis, non credo che si possa pretendere chissà che cosa.
