Our guesthouse offers rooms with private bathroom with shower. Wi fi, mini fridge, hairdryer, towels and bad linen are included. Some room has balcony and air conditioning.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

L'accueil de la propriétaire était très bon. La chambre était agréable, avec un lit confortable et une douche spacieuse. Cependant, il est dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé. La boulangerie la plus proche est assez loin à pied et on ne doit pas manger dans la chambre.

La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, affabile e molto elastica nell'accontentarci per gli orari di arrivo e partenza. Ci ha anche consigliato ottimamente riguardo i posti dove mangiare e la spiaggia dove andare a goderci il lago.

Camera pulita e spaziosa con un comodo bagno e una doccia spaziosa a pochi passi dal centro di Arona e da tutte le comodità della città e le bellezze del lago Maggiore. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili sia nell'accoglienza sia nei consigli relativi ai luoghi d'interesse sia per i migliori ristoranti della zona che hanno oltrepassato le aspettative. Consigliato per un weekend di relax e per visitare un bellissimo luogo.
