Excellent stay! The house is very pleasant and our room with a balcony and air conditioning was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with storage. The location is perfect;you can reach the splendid city centre on foot. The owner is always smiling, available and attentive to our needs. I recommend without hesitation and thanks to Susana for her kindness and care!

Excellent property with private parking (upon receiving the room key, you are given the remote control for the gate to access the property). We were welcomed by Mrs. Susanna, she was very kind and provided us with information about restaurants and places to visit on Lake Maggiore, very close to the center of Arona. In 7 minutes on foot, via a characteristic footbridge, you reach the lakeside where the historic center is located. Very quiet and clean rooms, plus there is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room.

The hostess was incredibly helpful, responded quickly on WhatsApp and was very welcoming. If she had known a little earlier about a wedding anniversary of our friends, she would have been willing to arrange something extra. In short, no effort too much. The attic room was very comfortable, firm beds, had a fridge and air conditioning. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with both the welcome and the room, as well as the location of the Bella Vita Guesthouse in the town of Arona. Everything was wonderful, including the car parking inside the beautiful structure, as well as the very friendly assistance from Roberta, who helped us with everything. The spacious room is highly recommended for its quietness and cleanliness. We plan to return in the future, perhaps in the summer, because the places to see are beautiful.

The welcome from the owner was very good. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. However, it's a shame that breakfast is not included. The nearest bakery is quite far on foot and eating in the room is not allowed.

Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bathroom and a spacious shower just a few steps from the center of Arona and all the amenities of the city and the beauties of Lake Maggiore. The owners were very kind both in the welcome and in the advice regarding places of interest and the best restaurants in the area that exceeded expectations. Recommended for a relaxing weekend and to visit a beautiful place.
