Our structure consists of two bedrooms, two external toilets but adjacent to the rooms, a breakfast room and a large terrace. The rooms are equipped with personal hygiene kits and related towels, slippers, bathrobes, air conditioning, free wifi, heated rooms, plus the possibility of returning at any time of day or night, independent entrance to the structure.

The prices indicated for the stay include use of the room furnished with a double bed in one and two separate beds in the other, air conditioning in both, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside tables, table lamps, mirrors, electrical outlets and USB, TV. Each room has a toilet, outside but adjacent to the room. The bathroom combined with the double bedroom has a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet, a mirror, a phone and various accessories, supply of towels included.
2. To receive any kind of information about our structure, send a WhatsApp message to +39 393 0501968. We will take care to reply quickly to provide all the details on the arrangements for your stay and/or to confirm your reservation after checking the availability of the rooms available for the indicated period.
3. Upon check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: passport, identity card or driving license. Otherwise, the registration will not be possible. It is our care to always guarantee the processing of personal data according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.
4. After completing the notification form requested by the Police Headquarters with your personal details and having paid the balance of the cost of the stay, we will provide you with the keys to the entrance door of the B&B and to the room that has been reserved for you.
5. The check-in time is established in the range from 14. 00 to 21. 00 on the day of arrival and can be defined with greater precision upon your kind communication regarding the expected arrival in the structure or that relating to any delays.
6. The check-out time is strictly fixed for 10. 00 on the day of departure, in order to guarantee the next arriving customer the use of clean and tidy accommodation. In case of late delivery of the room, you will be required to pay the cost of one night in addition to the balance already paid.
7. It is advisable not to leave any valuable objects or effects unattended in the bedrooms, the bathroom or any other common area of our structure. The rooms are not equipped with a safe or safety deposit box, so it will be your concern to always close the door and windows before going out.
8. The B&B is not responsible in the event that any situation of loss, damage and/or theft of objects left unattended should occur and does not assume any type of responsibility for any damage to persons or things that may be caused by third parties or which are caused to third parties. If there is a need to carry out an extraordinary cleaning of the rooms or an extraordinary change of linen, the customer will be charged a surplus on the agreed price.
11. To facilitate the work of our staff and allow you to stay in a clean and pleasant environment, we kindly ask you to vacate your room every morning no later than 10. 00, arranging your personal belongings in an orderly manner to help carry out the cleaning carefully and depositing the towels that need to be changed in the appropriate bin in the bathroom.
12. The breakfast time, to be consumed in "The Sesamo common room", is set from 7. 30 to 9. 30.

In 2010/2011 he was awarded a gold record together with many comedians and big names in Italian music, and in 2011 with a platinum one. Musical project directed and conceived by the Claudio Moretti Association. Currently Comic Magician, and Master Magician in the Little Magician Academy.

A few details witness the quality: the doors stop the light at night time – so do the windows – so you can sleep in complete darkness and silence, which I highly appreciate. Also, anti-mosquitos’ equipment was available.\nThe house owner picked me from the railway station, albeit my train was heavily delayed for a major problem with Trenitalia – I checked in at midnight!\nOn the only downside – on a personal preference – the breakfast was sugary and too sweet, not a healthy protein-based breakfast – like eggs, almonds or the like.\nI will surely return to this place.

Really an incredible environment. The manager Mariano has created a place where from the very first moment you feel taken by the hand and led into the world of magic, the important kind. The B&BMagicHouse is located about 10 minutes on foot from the Novara train station and 15 minutes from the city center. We found a welcome, kindness, and availability that is extraordinary. Mariano, the host, even came to pick us up at the station. The room is spacious, very clean (much more than many hotels in this category), equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. Guests have access to a very large terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers. The bathroom of the room, at the end of the corridor, is huge, there is even both a bathtub and a shower! Like the room, the bathroom was very clean, the sanitary fixtures and fittings looked new. The Italian breakfast is excellent and includes coffee, milk, tea, cappuccino, ginseng, fresh croissants, toasted bread, biscuits, Nutella, jams, and various juices. Moreover, during breakfast, Mariano enjoyed chatting with us. Everything is designed down to the smallest detail to make the stay more comfortable, for example, there are night courtesy lights and labels on the switches to prevent us from making mistakes. Highly recommended without hesitation, because at Mariano's you do not just stay, you live a magical experience!

We had a great time at B&BMagicHouse. Mariano is very kind and came to pick us up at the station upon our arrival. Excellent room and breakfast, and the B&B's magical-inspired decor makes it unique. Great location, 800 meters from both the center and the station.

I stumbled upon this B&BMagicHouse by chance due to a business trip and well, it was a pleasant discovery. Cleanliness and order reign supreme in a magic-themed location curated to the finest detail. The owner, Mariano, was extremely kind, taking care to provide and explain everything necessary for me to be independent right away. Just a few steps from both the center and the train station, I highly recommend this property to anyone who happens to be in Novara. See you at the next business trip!

I stayed at the B&BMagicHouse while looking for a house to rent in Novara for work reasons. It is a beautiful vintage location with magician-prestidigitator themes. It's always a pleasure to have a chat with the owner, who is always available for anything and might surprise you with some tricks.
The facility is always clean, tidy, and comfortable. They offer abundant breakfasts. Recommended.

We were pleasantly satisfied with our stay at the B&BMagicHouse in Mariano. The style is that of a magic house. At the time of booking, we did not notice this characteristic, and when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise. Mariano was an extremely kind and friendly host. During breakfast, he entertained us with magic tricks, allowing us to start the day even better. The room and the dedicated bathroom are very well-kept and clean. The spaces are welcoming. Mariano kindly offered to give us a ride from the station, even though the B&B is relatively close. We highly recommend those visiting the Novara area or passing through to stay at Mariano's B&BMagicHouse!

Awesome place with a very unique atmosphere, a real gem! The B&B is very modern, clean, and conveniently located within Novara. The host and his family are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and came with magic tricks to fit the B&B's "magic" theme. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic B&B. I have been to several accommodations, but this B&B is truly original. The room where I slept is very spacious. The place is charming and there is a beautiful terrace. Good breakfast, there is everything and it is served in a very captivating room, although I preferred to have it at a small table on the terrace. The structure is well-kept and clean, shared bathroom included. The decor is magical-themed, fully reflecting the owner, Mr. Mariano, who amazed me with some magic tricks upon my arrival and at breakfast. I really liked the acquaintance with Mrs. Corina and Mr. Mariano, especially for their enthusiasm, passion, professionalism, and attention they have for us guests. Thank you.
